I was very happy with the service I received. The salesperson was matter-of-fact in terms of what to expect with my broken iPhone, and the mechanic (or whatever you'd call him) was quick, polite, and managed to solve the problem (a disconnected home button) without charging me a dime. I had a much better experience than I expected, so for that, 5 stars.
