Would not go back. First I emailed them asking for a quote. No answer. Then I called them. No answer and no call back. This was problem #1. This should have drove me away at first, but they were the closest so I went there. Brought in my laptop to get the screen fixed. When I first came in, the door was locked-45min before closing time (they had to come and let me in). Also, their closing time on their sign was different then on their website, A week later, it was done.
When I went to pick it up and asked if they take debit cards (because the total was $150). They do but the guy kept lecturing me about how cash was better because he looses money when people use cards because they get charged a fee. This was problem #2. First of all, who carries $150 cash around? Second of all don't make me feel bad for using a card and lecture me!
He also said it was hard to get my old screen out. Not good customer service if you ask me. Ok so now onto problem #3 which I should have checked while at the shop. When I got home I realized there was a crack on the side of my laptop's lid (where you take out the screws to replace the screen) that was not there before I brought it in. I should have examined my laptop while I was there. Now I have no way of proving it was them to the shop. Not coming back.
