Sent my Computer in for wi fi connection problem. He had computer for 4 days. Preformed action that I did not request. Was able to get on the internet, BUT, the computer would not recognize my printers or Smart TV. I was able to get the TV back to the internet. Following product support instruction on how to connect the printer to the internet. Still did not recognize the printers. Tried a different router, no luck. Asked another repair store and they could not figure out what was happening. Oh, the printers were working fine before he worked on them. I was upset that he did things that I did not want. II believe that he did something that prevents the computer recognizing the printers.

Get there in the earlier hours, this place is often closed before 5. But the guy knows what he is doing, and charges very good price. You'd be paying way more at best buy or geek squad, like services.

We are so lucky to have professional tech services available in Rathdrum. Joe at F1 helped me survive 2 laptop crashes and got my new unit loaded with my Quickbooks and Office programs and files. I am so grateful.

I went there twice to drop off my computer and no one was there. Then I called, to find out if they were still in business and he called me back and said he would be in the next morning, so I told him I would bring my computer by. When I arrived at 9:30 the door was locked and no one was there. Sign on the door says open 9-5. Should say by appointment only.

He wasn't very pleasant on the phone. Guess he really doesn't want business. I try to support local and small businesses, so my encounter with this business was disappointing.

Always does his work quickly and efficiently. Super nice tech guy and will help with any questions even the simplest questions I'd give 6 stars if at all optional

I want to begin learning and using Linux so I took an "old" Toshiba Satellite laptop to F1 for Help last November and asked them to install a version of Linux which could be used on these machine. Mr. Hume installed Linux Mint on this machine. The software is working perfectly!! I just need to learn how to better use this software!!

The company has repaired and supplied us with several computers over the years. Also a good place to dispose of old computers.

Joe is THE guy for computers! Fast, professional and provides great detailed explanations of what is going on with my computer. Trustworthy and affordable as well!

Joseph is skilled and professional. In addition to the repairs and upgrades I found his comments and suggestions educational and very helpful.

Took our older iMac in for a well overdue cleaning. Joe did a great job and explained everything he had done. The computer ran much better. Went back and had him install a solid state hard drive. Boy, WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Joe is very knowledgeable in his field, prices are very reasonable and I will continue to use him whenever needed for our computers. I highly recommend F1 for HELP and supporting our local business.

I give F1 and Joe 6 stars out of 5... he not only fixed my original problem, he fixed a couple more that I had been living with... he does amazing work and I cant imagine ever taking our computers in to anyone else... his prices are very reasonable and his knowledge and expertise are infinite!

My computer was running SO slow so I read that these guys are very good and reasonably priced. I'm happy to say that it is TRUE! And because I run my business from home, I took it in on Friday and it was ready to go on Monday morning! Thank you F1 for HELP! -Phil Anderson

F1 is amazing! I took my laptop in and he called me that same day with the issue. It will be fixed in a couple days and the price is so reasonable. I will never go anywhere else. My daughter works at Best Buy and they told me my laptop was too old to fix! Said I needed to buy a new one! Well not according to F1 I am so grateful I found them.

My computer got stuck on one screen and I could not make it go to another screen. Took it to F1 and found out that the hard drive had crashed. They diagnosed and fixed it really fast. Great work!

Joseph owns F1. He goes through your computer very carefully making sure everything is the way it's suppose to be. He did a better job, and it cost a whole lot less than Best Buy. I will never recommend best buy to any one. You have to call to make an appointment to bring your computer in - in a few weeks and you pay a lot of money to them.
