Would not recommend this business to anyone. The owner is not customer friendly and not at all helpful. Went in to ask for help removing striped screws from my MBP and was told I'd need to set an appointment for any help. This is the place that replaced my battery last time and striped the screws. Now they shrug their shoulders and said quote "take a hike." They must not believe in customer service and was actually rude.
And when I asked for the person's name, he said he was "THE OWNER." Wow, I'm sure I can find better service elsewhere. I went to Recycle Techs and was happily helped in 15 seconds.
