And, if you have a computer that is a "lost cause" they tell you upfront without charging you a fortune. They even have new and used computers to purchase for your convenience. Brought in my Mac for a hard drive issue. In a few hours I had a new hard drive and for under $100. They even walked me through a software install over the phone once I got home. Cheap, fast and very helpful.
