Computer Limits

I have been working with Kimberly Martinez at ImageNet for several years now. She is always very helpful and quick to respond to any of our company's needs. I have worked with several other printer vendors in the past and ImageNet is by far the best. Highly recommend them!

ImageNet is hands down the most responsive company I've ever dealt with. Any time we have issues with our copier they send a tech out same day, always. Jeff went out of his way to contact our IT company to solve an issue that he could have brushed off and let the IT guys handle but, he made sure it got done.

We have 51 centers and ImageNet (especially Jeff and Troy) have been great to work with. The project to switch print management companies was pretty daunting and they made the process pretty smooth. Any issues were resolved quickly. Sometimes we have had a few issues with techs who have responded to calls in the centers, some have been less polite than others.

I believe these are contracted techs, many of our centers are out in very rural areas. Both Jeff and Troy have been able to get this addressed and are very responsive. I would recommend ImageNet, they are a great business partner.

When our office printer died, ImageNet was quick to provide a low-cost solution that met all of our needs AND have in installed and configured in what felt like the blink of an eye. They beat all of the other vendors quotes, and provide excellent customer service. My Finance department was happy, my office was happy, and my executives were happy. What more could I ask for?

Everybody hates printers, myself included, so it's awesome to have a workhorse machine like this without having to worry about it. If anything goes wrong, ImageNet takes care of it. No sweat!
