I charge a flat rate that starts at $45 and that covers up to 90 minutes in your home. After 90 minutes, the charge is an additional $1 per minute. Most of the time, I can resolve the problems within the first 90 minutes.
In-Home service calls cover the following: General operating system errors, email errors, virus/malware removal, wired & wireless network setup, printer installation, new computer setup, Comcast & AT&T setup, general computer tune up, Additional parts, equipment, software and labor may be necessary.

Absolutely fantastic. Took my old PC that had honestly been pretty neglected for years, dust, fur, cracked and falling apart case, you name it, and took all the components out, cleaned them to where they looked brand new, and moved them into a new case with a new SSD I bought, set up a clean install of windows and organized the desktop/shortcuts as well. All for a very fair price. Fast work and a great guy too!

Found CA Computer online, had impressive reviews so I gave them a try. Charles definitely lives up to his hype. I went online and submitted a form and was contacted shortly after. Gave me his opinion of what he said he thought was wrong (which it turned out it was exactly that). Explained the process and gave me a few different options. My laptop was fixed and in better shape only a couple days after I called him. The price was great, other large chains cost an arm and a leg and you never know what they are doing. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Critical:Quality Took my MSI GS75 Stealth to get a hinge fixed, turned out all it needed was some glue to put it back into functionality, so I hired him to do it. 2 days later the glue came lose and now I'm back to square one. The guy is nice and I'm sure his work is quality when it comes to other things, hence his 5 stars.

Significant services provided include: Solving a Ransom hacking by sophisticated foreign entity, whatever you do don't play around on your own with these.
I am an engineer, I saw this was over my head. Called Arruda and Charles came right away to resolve the issue, this was of great concern to me. We are so grateful for Charles. 5 years ago my entire hard drive crashed and all of my personal and business files were lost. I was devastated. Charles saved me! I am so grateful for his customer service and quick friendly service. He now has my business set for success. He created a cloud back up that backs every aspect of my computer up daily. Last week my hard drive crashed again, within 1 day he replaced my hard drive and installed every detail, software and item back to normal.
I could have lost everything again but because Charles is so awesome! He was able to restore everything so quickly. Our small business is so thankful to have you and your protection!

Charles was excellent. He was available for me to drop my laptop off the same day I spoke with him and he had it ready by the next afternoon. He also took the time to explain everything to me about what he would be doing and how it works. The price was decent as well. I needed a minor job done for the computer at my business and everyone online wanted to charge 250+ some guy asked for 350! So glad i found charles he gave me a great price $75. He was quick, he took care of everything and he cares about his customers. Ever since i called him the first time i called him back 2 more times for other jobs and he took care of them at a great price and fast. Hes resolved issues for me twice already where he logs into your computer from his computer and he’ll fix whatever software issue you have at no costs.
