I was not sure how this review was to go, they were great and nice at first, with my computer having problem with its screen just freezing and pixelating randomly. It took them a while to fix it but then I was off to college. A little less than two weeks later the problem has returned. I have no way of easily getting to them being in several hours away nor as a college student the money for more repair.

I called in hopes of getting an extension on the warranty till i could get away from college, likely in the spring, but they game me so much more, As I write this review they have promised to refund me, thanks to a wonderful women named Sonja. In the end I might need more repairs or to just get a new laptop but they have been helpful beyond imagining and after what they just promised I can assure you that they do care about you as a customer and your problems as a person.

I took my PC to Go PC a year ago for a rebuild. The rebuild was to include an SSD, which later I couldn't find when doing a diagnostic through Bel Arc Advisor. I had some issues with the PC within 3 months. At that time I was in another state and had to let them repair it remotely. The issue was theirs, yet they wanted to bill me and I refused.

They said no worries since it was their issue. I came back into town about 6 months later, and the same PC crashed. I took it to them and was told that the sound board was loose and they tightened it up at a cost of $90.00.ok. I got it home and plugged it in and immediately got a diagnostic screen. I called and was told to simply reboot it; I did and it seemed fine.

I didn't use it for a few days afterward but when I started it up, I got the same diagnostic screen. I rebooted it and after about an hour I got a White screen with dotted horizontal lines. My mouse and keyboard wouldn't work, so I did a hard reboot. Black screen. BTW, this was why I took it to them and was charged the $90.00. I called and spoke to the same tech who charged me the 90 and he said it would cost me another $90.00 to look at it again. NOT HAPPY. I would never use them again!

I have used GoPC for several things and I've been very happy. My dinosaur of a laptop is still up and running thanks to them. I bought a refurbished Mac from them about two years ago that is working perfectly. And, when I told them what I needed for a phone at my office they suggested, sold, and installed magic jack, which I have been thrilled with. I also know some folks that have been very happy with the home audio stuff they do.

Had an external hard drive crash. They did everything possible, going out of their way to get the damaged disc up enough to save almost 80% of what was on it. All this after another business said there is nothing anyone can do. HIGHLY recommend Go PC for any and all computer needs!

Everyone at Go PC was honest, reliable and went above and beyond with my computer issues. Corey K was able to search for an alternative, cost effective method to replace my broken mother board on my MAC. Anthony ran multiple tests to ensure my computer was working correctly and their satisfaction guarantee is FOR REAL and they ensured I was comfortable with "my new" computer and offer future support for any issues that may arise.

The staff and owner of go pc are very knowledgeable and helpful in every asset from PC repair and building to IT services. I have done business with them for my personal and work computers and i couldn't be happier with the performance and quality of the builds. Corey has gone out of his way with his busy schedule to answer any questions i have had.

I would highly recommend go pc for everything from high end gaming systems to graphic design machines or setting up servers and other IT services. their experience and knowledge is second to none.

Brought in a laptop that needed a screen hinge repair - was quoted a materials cost of $130 plus approx $90 labor. I went online to look up what the material would cost me to buy - and it was about $30. I declined the repair and was charged $45 for "diagnostic services". I went in knowing the problem, they looked up the material cost, then overstated it by about $100 - and then charged me $45 to tell me what was wrong?!?

I took to another repair shop and they found that the repair was a known issue with Dell. They contacted Dell, Dell sent a shipping box, fixed it, and returned it to the repair shop. I paid $35 for their time. Go PC is NOT the way to go.
