Steve always seems to make time for everybody, equipped with a staff that knows what they are doing. Quality service I have been in the customer service industry for 12 years, and I am always pleased when i receive quality customer service. I went in looking for a power cord for an older laptop that I am giving to one of my students. The guys stopped what they were doing and started looking through boxes to find me what I needed. 15 minutes later everything was fixed up and ready to go.
