Called this establishment because it was listed as the closes Apple service provider to me. I spoke with James who told me they wouldn't have any appointments until after the 1st. I told him that was fine since I know it is holiday season. He then asks for my serial number, which I informed him populated automatically on the Apple website & I will need to check my computer itself to provide him with the serial number.

He then gets an attitude and tells me that he can't book an appointment until after January 5th without the serial number which I told him I will provide to him now. I simply told him, I will try and find somewhere else to go because the tone of his voice was just very rude & unprofessional.

James fixed our 9 years old iMac in less than 3 days. Very affordable and reliable. He kept us informed about the repairs needed and the cost involved. If you live in West Broward the location is convenient as well. Highly recommended.

I cracked the display on my MacBook Pro 16. Contacted Apple regarding repairs and got quoted $699 as I didn't have AppleCare. With tax and shipping, it came to around $750 and wait time of around 2-3 weeks for shipping and repairs. The rep mentioned they had certified repair centers nearby and this was one of them. Called in for a quote and got the same $699 quote and it will take 2-3 business days. Made an appointment for the next morning.

Total repairs came to $730ish, $20 cheaper than sending it in to Apple because of shipping. To my surprise, the laptop was done by the next day. Screen was replaced with Apple's OEM parts, no nicks or damages on the laptop from the repair. Laptop was good as new. Highly recommended. Just an honest average Joe doing good work. Thank you, sir.

As soon as I walked into the office and saw a bunch of old Macs on display as decorations, I knew I could trust this place. The owner James was welcoming, knowledgeable, honest and prompt with replacing my Macbook screen. If you're in the area and need your Mac serviced, this is the place to go.

I'm a senior citizen who has used Mac computers with no problems for many years. One morning I went to check my e-mails and pay a couple of bills, went to boot up my MacBook Pro and-----Nothing! After checking for for obvious issues, I still had nothing. I called a friend who does far more on his Mac than I would ever do and we still were "dead in the water".He told me about James at MacTech Pro and I e-mailed him about my problem.

In less than 1 hour I received a response I made an appointment the next morning. When I arrived at his office, he greeted me warmly and listened to my problem and very patiently went over the procedures to diagnose and fix my laptop. Two days later, I had my computer back in my hands and working perfectly. James went over all the diagnostics and work performed and made sure I was happy with the work performed -----how reassuring is that. On top of all this, his invoice was so reasonable, I couldn't believe my eyes. He's my Mac tech for life.

Dropped off my MBP last Thursday because my screen stopped working, (AKA, I dropped it! Ouch!) Called James at MacTech Pro and within a few days, My screen is alive! Any other repair center will probably wipe your Internal Hard Drive and make you re-install all your SW. Who has the time for that? My MacBook Pro needed repair, and unfortunately the entire display had to be replaced. James is a professional through-and-through. Every stage of my interaction with him impressed me, from the one-hour turnaround in response to my emails asking for a quote and setting up an appointment, to seeing how securely he'd kept my repaired laptop. When a warning, "System Security Alert" popped up on my monitor preventing any use of the computer, I knew I needed professional help!
