I ordered a refurbished Dell S2740L Black 27 LCD monitor and dual monitor stand, to accompany the same monitor I have from several years ago. The monitor arrived packed very securely, but missing the power cord. I called Austin, and explained the situation and he mailed it to me promptly. So easy, no problem. My monitor is working great and I can call PC Liquidations if I have any problems. I highly recommend PC Liquidations.

I have been trying to get in contact with these people over 3 weeks since I got the computer, and they have ghosted me. I wanted to return the monitor i got for $180.00 I guess I will be recycling it for parts and they can keep my money. My mistake, i never will be doing business with them again. What a joke of a company.

Had some trouble with an order I placed (laptop had keyboard issue). They addressed the issue and made it right. But here's the part that has made me a customer-for-life. Throughout the issue, they were SO responsive. They actually answer the phone in person. They double-checked my replacement before it was sent out. And the shipping time was super fast. Paul one of the support callers was extremely unhelpful with my inquiry on the status of my shipment, and made passive aggressive comments during our conversation. I did not feel helped or supported, and he eagerly wanted to pass off my call to one of his colleagues, and didn't take time, attention or care into understanding my question and finding a solution. I am frankly offended by his attitude and tone he uses with his clients.

Placed an order over a week ago yet never got updates on delivery status. Finally had to call. Gave them order number, put me on hold for several minutes then came back and told me they haven't had item yet never emailed or rejected order upon placement. Had I not called they would have kept my money and never sent unavailable item. Poor customer service. Make sure you check up on everything you order.

Gotta admit, I was hesitant at first, but read the reviews so decided to try. Worked with Paul on the live chat, as they didn't have the exact monitors in the condition I needed, was trying to match my work ones, as they had to go back to the office. So he recommended comparable ones and I am thrilled with the ones he recommended. He was so knowable and helpful.

I am on spreadsheets all day long and have my new monitors sent up with one of my old work ones and the difference is noticeable. So much easier on my my eyes. Hours after I ordered and the monitors had already shipped (talk about fast shipping) my office notified us that they would buy us new monitors in the office, as we are working from home currently and my boss said to just return the ones I ordered.

PC Liquidations has always been responsive and prompt. We recently needed an older model computer to accompany some mature testing equipment and they were super helpful. Unfortunately, we were not able to use it, but they were super easy to deal with on the return. This is not our first purchase and will not be our last. The chat functionality on their website is GREAT! You get a real person and they are very quick to respond.

This place takes customer service seriously, and I am impressed. There was a mistake in my order, so I emailed them. They immediately responded with an apology and a prepaid shipping label so I could get a refund. That was everything I could hope for, but I really wanted to keep the item instead of getting a refund. I wrote back to see if we could figure out a way to fix the problem.
