Perfect Computer Solutions

Very nice service. I brought a part there with questions if it was fixable but was told it wasn't after some testing. I was told how to go about getting a replacement and was even offered help with the process.

Went there with my gaming pc that couldn't post and in about 3 mins he had already found the problem and I was out the door in no time. Really nice dude, easy to talk to and wastes no time at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Carlos was great. Had a hardware issue causing problems starting my pc and so I brought it in. He figured out the problem and had my pc ready to go in no time. He thoroughly explained the problem and how it may have occurred. Carlos was upfront about the cost of repair and it was well below what I thought it would be. Given how quick and hassle free my experience was I couldn't be happier.

Especially during these times I think having a trusted computer technician is up there with having a reliable car mechanic. Hope my computer doesn't have anymore issues but it is good to know that if there are any further problems down the line PCS can help me out again!

My experience from start to finish was flawless. There are some old reviews on Google and other review platforms, but Perfect Computer Solutions is 100% under new management since those reviews were posted. I brought in my computer as soon as I noticed an issue (water damage). I called ahead and they were at the office waiting for me. I received a quote at the start that was under any Apple quote I could find online, and it was honored for start to finish.

They were honest about the time it would take, and followed up/answered my calls whenever I had any questions, and they kept me updated the whole time. They were able to backup my computer after restoring it, and gave me the backup on the hard drive as soon as it was ready. I'm not sure if anyone's had an experience with apple and data recovery, but my experience with Perfect Computer solutions is the exact opposite of what would happen at an Apple store.

I'm pretty sure I've had my phone/computer wiped every time I've taken them into the Apple store. I don't live in the New Paltz area anymore, but I would make the hour trip back to use their services again.

I couldn't run our business without the support of Perfect Computer Solutions. They offer the personal support and customer service that is unheard of in today's business structure. I would recommend them to any business that wants to have their own IT department without the headaches.

Imagine my horror as a grad student coming home one week before classes starting and my computer not turning on. I called PCS in an attempt to avoid a long trek to Danbury Apple. They were super friendly and helpful. The repair was complicated and time consuming and we ran into a thousand hiccups, which would have cost me way more stress and money elsewhere. Carlos worked as hard as he could to get my computer done as quickly as he could.

When I started classes and the job still wasn't done (due entirely to crappy luck) he lent me a computer to do my work and hold me over. These guys really go above and beyond for their customers and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The workers here are heroes. I've been going here for a while, and they are the best computer repair place in New Paltz. My stubborn laptop has had multiple problems with the charger, repeatedly, and they have saved my school career with their promptness and commitment to fixing it. Not the kind of people to give up, they will find what's wrong with your computer and do their best to resolve it.

Their rates are fair and there are no fees or hidden charges. The staff is polite and willing to answer any questions. They are experienced and well-informed. I can't imagine going to anyone else after being treated so well here. Thanks, guys, for all your help.

Quick turn around. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. We run a business and PCS has always worked with us to insure that we have what we need when we need it. They also make house calls! I would highly recommend to anyone.

It took this place over a month to "figure out" what was wrong with my computer, when I only needed a new screen. I'm a college student, I can't go without my computer for more than a month. The workers are lazy. They never called me to let me know the status on my computer, they waited until I called them to ask me if they could order the screen.

They didn't even call me when my computer was ready. When I first dropped off my computer they told me it would be ready in a week and that it would cost $85, but when I called back a week later, they told me that they hadn't ordered the screen yet and that it was gonna cost $177. Horrible service. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely overpriced. The store is a mess and the receptionist and one of the workers were arguing when I picked my computer up. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE.
