I called to ask a question on a laptop repair and didn't even get three words out and was told NO front the jump. When you are that rude, you shouldn't be in the customer service business., especially when you choose to hang up on the individual who calls your business for service.

No one wanted to look at my printer for me after the door got stuck when I fixed a paper jam, and I made it worse trying to close the door. Jerry was so nice and was willing to look at it. Not only did he look at it, but he also fixed it! I was so relieved. I will definitely be back if I ever need computer or printer repairs.

Fast trustworthy service. I needed a hard drive scanned and replaced, and it was done within 24hrs, for a great price. He listened to what i needed, and what i didnt need. Thete was also no pressure to upsale to hardware that i didnt need. Best of all, it's a local shop that has been on business for a while. Ive already recommended him to others i know.
