Sent an email to (4) Computer Repair businesses looking for service. Javier responded with a text and said he would call at 10am, which he did. Still waiting for the other (3) to respond. That says a lot about his business. Made arrangements to drop off my desktop for repairs and upgrades. Javier and Karen were courteous and knowledgeable. Service, parts and associated fees were explained and seemed reasonable.
When I came back to pick up the computer, Javier spent the time to review what he did and made sure I was comfortable with the upgrades before I left the shop. Would use his business again and highly recommended

Javier and Karen are both competent and knowledgeable techs. I use them for both personal and business work and they seem to know how to solve every problem and hurdle that we encounter. They sometimes run late for appointments, but they always call or text in advance and let you know what's going on. They offer good advice about software and hardware solutions and are up to date on the latest technology.

I made a huge mistake in hiring an online company for in home service to repair my laptop which was overheating and shutting down. The technician took three hours at $198 per hour but the computer continued to overheat and shut down. I found JK Tech Solutions on Angie's List and I couldn't be happier. Karen and Javier took the time to show me what needed to be done and, following the service, showed me the dust they had removed from the fan that the other tech had claimed to have cleaned. Their charge was $69.95 and my computer has been running perfectly for over a week now. I shall definitely be calling Javier and Karen for any of my future computer needs.

They were very professional and fixed my laptop in about a week. He was able to diagnose the problem on the spot and give me all of my options. Their prices are really good compared to some local shops and the best part for me was that they will pick up and drop off your machine or device at your home if you're too busy to take it to them. This is my 3rd or 4th time using them for different laptops over the years and they've always done an excellent job.

I have been using JK for 4 or 5 years. They are absolutely reliable and totally stand behind everything they do. The quality of the work is outstanding. No matter what the trouble is with a computer they have the know-how and technical skill to handle even the most difficult problems. JK also handles my daughter's business computers and it was because of the excellent work they did for her that I came to use their services. I cannot recommend them highly enough. By the way, their prices are very reasonable. Another reason to become a customer.

Had a number of problems with my new PC. Worst was Pop-up Ads that totally froze the machine. Called Javier and he was available within 3 hours. He came to my office, fixed the problem (as well as several others quickly and economically). Very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to interact with. MarkS
