Cheryl has the experience and the necessary knowledge for all your apple needs. She combines this with her great customer service which takes a very stressful and frustrating computer situation and makes life happy again. Cheryl came to the rescue after a drink spilled on my MacBook! I was immediately relieved when I found out that she was Apple Certified and has been working with Apple products for over 30 years. She walked me through how to properly recover memory storage and future best practices. She was so helpful in a situation where I felt helpless. I'll be working with Cheryl for all of my Mac needs and highly recommend her for digital security, systems monitoring/maintenance, and device management!

I called Cheryl at the Mac Works, in Kingston, NY to ask about her services. I saw that her office's address was in the slummiest part of town, but didn't want to let that color my opinion. When we began our introductions, I needed to briefly describe my situation and what services my company was looking for. I briefly tried to explain the office network predicament and current computer set up, but Cheryl wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. Cheryl was crass, loud, and came off as extremely arrogant.
Every time that I tried to speak -to answer a question that she had (she would ask a question and then interrupt me whenever I tried to answer), saying how "experienced" she was, and dismissing any concerns for data migration. She was unforgivably rude, irritable, abrupt, and completely unprofessional. I told her to forget it. I wouldn't let her work for us if SHE paid US!
