We offer managed services to help you better understand your business systems as well as how those changes are affecting your users, network, computers and most of all, productivity.
Our team has the experience and knowledge to efficiently configure, install, repair and support your network and computer needs. With over 20 years of experience in the computer and information industry and a community-oriented mission, Bainbridge Tech offers service with broad skills and the certified training necessary to serve the community's needs.
It has been great getting to know you and your staff. It has been wonderful to have a local firm that we can count on to respond quickly when we have a problem or an emergency with our server or one of our many workstations. Bainbridge Tech has been a lifesaver for the Bloedel Reserve! Because we do not have an IT person on staff, we depend on Bainbridge Tech for everything from computer and network troubleshooting to new computer and hardware purchases.Brandon has rescued us during a few high stress "tech emergencies" when no one else could.
Our goal is to get back to you within 24 hours of hearing from you and we will provide some available appointments to you at that time. Much of our work is in the field so email is typically the most efficient response to you.

I upgraded my Mac to Sierra. After that my Quicken Essentials wouldn't work. I upgraded to Quicken 2017, and then lost my financial data. Was looking at a year of lost data. I searched all my files and couldn't find a recent file. I took it to Bainbridge Tech. They had a 2 week backup, but Brandon offered to take a quick look. After a fair amount of searching and trying various options, he was finally able to locate my old file hidden away and restored my data.

I was very pleased with his courtesy, patience, and willingness to help. I would happily recommend them. I also used them before when my daughter had corrupted my Mac with some bad files from Minecraft. They cleaned up the disk, showed me how to fix it and avoid another instance of this problem.

Forgot to order thermal paste and went to buy some. They did not have any for sale (just for their service work) so they gave me a free amount of what I need. Great people!
