The Computer Hospital

I am 65 and basically afraid of computers, but I love what they can do. I bought my first computer from UW Doit and it lasted less than a year. I asked Brian at The Computer Hospital for help. He chose, ordered and delivered my setup and I am now using it for the 5th year! I make art on my computer using programs like MS Paint and Sketchpad. I've tried lots of online programs and have experimented within what I have because know the Computer Hospital will help me out if I try something risky and it backfires!

The Malware they installed is fantastic too and gives me a great sense of security. Of all the experiences in my retirement, The Computer Hospital has been one of the best. They have really increased the quality of my life by helping me enjoy my computer.

I want to thank Bryan at the Computer Hospital for helping us work through problems with the manufacturer of our ASUS laptop. The entire LCD Touchscreen Panel failed twice after ASUS has supposedly repaired it. The second time, Bryan contacted ASUS about the problem. ASUS refused to stand behind the initial repair. On top of that, it would have cost us $500 for ASUS to repair the LCD again. Bryan composed a letter for us to provide to Discover Card who was willing to reimburse us for the laptop since we purchased it with our card. It was a $700 laptop. He also recommended a different laptop (HP ProBook 450) that we are very satisfied with. Thanks again for all your support Bryan!

Bryan and his wife Abbey do a fantastic job at the Computer Hospital. I refer everyone I know to go there or call them. The service is quick, friendly and great prices! I take a lot of computers to Bryan and they are ALWAYS ready the next day. Why would you go anywhere else? They have drop- offs in Madison or will come to you. NO $300.00 an hour for P.O.S. repairs!

I would definitely recommend The Computer Hospital to anyone in need of computer repair service. I brought my girlfriend's MacBook in to have the LCD screen replaced and it only took four days for completion (the part needed had to be shipped in from Seattle, WA). Had I sent the MacBook into Apple, it would have taken a week for them to replace the screen and it would have cost an additional $70.

I didn't have to deal with being jerked around as a result of my lack of personal computer knowledge. The technicians were honest and pleasant to deal with and I will be sure to come directly to The Computer Hospital with any future computer issues.

I have worked with Brian before on the recommendation of a friend. He is my computer's Guardian Angel. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Because of disability, they pick up and drop off. I have never had more efficient and absolutely high class customer service. From the office to the tech, this is an operation that I hope stays around for a looooooooooooooooooooong time. Today my computer and I are enjoying the type of relationship we had when I first got it. I wouldn't trust my computer to anyone else. I cannot thnk them enough.

Excellent service. My computer crashed and I needed it back right away. They were able to completely replace my hard drive and return my computer the same day. I was very pleased. I am updating my review six months later. I had another problem with my computer (a totally unrelated problem). I am certain this is not always feasible, but when I called Ryan immediately tried to solve the problem by telephone, and even synced to my computer to try to fix it that way himself.

When that did not work, he immediately came to my house, figured out the problem, retrieved the necessary part, and fixed it. For what more could one possibly ask? (I guess you could ask, but no, he did not do the work for free.)
