I have been having a problem with Google Chrome blocking my Gmail account. I have spent hours trying to figure it out, following all of the instructions on Google's pages, to no avail. I called Madison Computer Works and Pete assisted me in figuring it out. Within 20 minutes, the problem was solved. I couldn't be more relieved for his expertise and assistance. Thank you!

Purchased a new laptop from MCW three weeks ago. Sarah in sales gave outstanding advice about what would work best for me. I had some questions after my purchase and Brian got to the bottom of locating some hard to find files from my old computer. He stayed with the issue until it was completely resolved. Both Sales and Repair desks were nice and understanding. The man who helped my drop off my laptop, Brian, was super nice, and answered any questions i had. I was in and out within 15 minutes. It was working wonderfully until it went kaput on me. You guys tried everything you could, i think i'm going to look for a secondhand alternative. The laptop ran for about 2 hours before dying upon launch of a game. I've used a voltmeter, and there's got to be a loss of power somewhere, but it's not from the PSU. Again, thanks for giving a crack at it.
