Doc Jams

Had error message on my Epson meaning Carriage Motor had reached it's limit. Docjams came to my studio with the correct software and fixed it in 15 minutes. Great service. Highly recommend.

An update on my situation, I received a call from Doc Jams and they said I could bring the printer by for them to take a quick look at. I really do appreciate this, thank you! I'm very confused by this business. I brought in my printer when it stopped putting ink on paper, paid a $25 deposit to have it looked at, and was told that the only problem with the printer was that the ink cartridges were expired.

I then had to pay an additional $50 for this knowledge. I bought brand new color and black cartridges and it printed decently only for one use. Since we don't use our printer all that often, the next time I tried to print was a month and a half later, when it refused to print at all. When I called Doc Jams to ask if they could look at it again I was told I could, but I would be charged another diagnosis fee, and additionally if there were more repairs to be made.

They have a 30 day warranty on their repairs, this I understand, but it seems as if the problem with my printer may have been initially misdiagnosed so I would expect more flexibility on their part. When I asked if they could make an exception to the 30 day warranty for my particular situation, the person on the phone laughed at me. Not sure where I will take my printer for repair now, but I won't take it back to Doc Jams.

The people at Doc Jams are wonderful! Good, quick, economical service. (What more could anyone ask for?) Thank you, Doc Jams -- you're right; I "almost" enjoyed having a broken printer. :)

Not only has Doc Jams helped to service our old printer but they also sold us a new one which is much more efficient. James took the time to compare models for me based on our needs and usage and find the best printer for my business. Their service is always quick and their receptionist is always friendly and helpful. We will continue to do business with them for our toner needs and any future purchases.

We bought a printer from Doc Jams and it has worked great for 3 years. Last week we got a paper jam. I took the machine apart and could not find anything but it kept telling me paper jam. I called Doc jam and they came out the next day and found the smallest piece of paper way inside. We have had them come out for another printer and they found the problem right away and fixed it.

Doc Jams is always very prompt and curteous! The technicians are very professional and fun to talk to. When I need toner, all I need to do is call and one of the guys has it to me the very next day! I recommend them to all my business associates and friends! You should use them too!

Doc Jams is awesome! They are very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and extremely thorough. We have had them out a couple of times now for printer issues over the past couple of years. When we were going to invest in a new printer, they said it was not necessary. They repaired our printer and it now works like brand new AND it saved us over $1,000.00, if we had purchased a new one. Beware of this business. They are definitly the type of business that once they sell you something all you see are the tail lights of their car. Once they get your money they could care less about you or the product they sold you. I purchased a used printer from them, which didn't work right away. They would not give me my money back but said they would repair it.

I took it back to their shop. 4 weeks go by the printer is not fixed. I email them and 2 more weeks go by with no reply. So at this point I just want my money back. I figured they would just return my money and resell the printer. Nope the 200$ ment more to them then my business and I could pick up the printer, 7 weeks later. Shoty repair work and don't stand behind their work or return e-mails. Just an fyi they also go by kickmyprinter.com so if you purchase something from them there will be no return what so ever. BEWARE THEY ARE SHADY
