Took a lightning strike yesterday evening & after that could not access any programs or internet. Called BDE after regular hours & they had someone here with a new switch within the hour. Best service ever! Had they not done that I would have about 10 employees standing around this morning with nothing to do. BDE is always knowledgeable & reliable but yesterday's service was beyond exceptional.

What can be more stressful for a small to medium size business then when your computers go down? Never fear, BDE is here! Over a decade of top notch IT support right here in Clifton. I always think of the Jimmy Fallon SNL skit where he'd role up to the coworker's computer and say smugly, " MOVE."
