We hired Greg Pantirmas owner and CEO of PCMacnerds to update our computers in office. He ended up stealing our credit card information and attaching it to HIS PayPal account and making 47 unauthorized and unjustified charges on our credit card totaling $14,419.35. He started charging our cc during the pandemic when we were closed without us realizing he had our cc information attached to his PayPal account.

Never returned the money. We had to file a Police report with Cliffside Park police and hire an attorney to get a judgment against him Bergen County Court for full amount stolen. He defaulted and failed to answer or appear in court. Turns out he has several judgements against him and defaulted several times. What owner of a normal professional legitimate company would do something like this to an innocent client?

Do your homework on this guy and business. A lot of lies, deception and consumer fraud. He's not licensed anywhere in state of NJ. He has no partnerships with major companies and the locations appear to be fake. Plus he uses aliases to make you think there's more people then just him at his fraud company. False advertising and fraud on website. Beware and be careful. Don't let him do this to you. Post can be fact checked and verified as true

Greg is great. He was able to diagnose my computer & fix it to work normally. He was very efficient & it was done in a timely manner. Emily is very responsive when I need to make an appointment. She always tries to accommodate my schedule as best as she can. Overall, I would continue using this company for any future computer issues that I might run into.

Very appreciative of the help received from PCMacNerds! My quite old 2011 Macbook Pro crashed out of nowhere one day, and they returned a call about my emergency website submission far earlier than their listed opening time. GregJ attempted to troubleshoot but eventually decided that a pickup was required to properly diagnose. There was a bit of an issue with scheduling, but Emily was gracious enough to keep working with me to get it picked up even when I expressed frustration, and Greg eventually came to get the machine himself.

They assessed my machine and gave me a bunch of options, answered my millions of questions and took the time to keep talking it out with me until we came up with a plan I was most comfortable with. Despite the long wait time for parts, Greg, Kenn and team were able to fully restore my laptop exactly as I had it before the crash and I am so grateful. As a graphic designer, so much of my life's work is on that machine and I'm so glad to have it back!

JimR and GregJ helped me remotely via phone to fix a software issue with my gaming desktop computer. My computer had been shutting down each time I signed on, and they helped diagnose the problem and solve it all over the phone and online. I received the option to either wipe my drives clean and install a new windows 10 OS or perform some more difficult operations to try to salvage my data.

Their service was quite prompt (responding within an hour or two to emails) especially given the current circumstances with quarantine and such. I would surely use them again for future problems or products because they did a great job with a tough situation and helped fix my computer (which now runs perfectly again). I absolutely recommend them to others, they have a great team that is very knowledgeable and efficient!

The service was awesome. Initially when I called, they were closed. the next day i received a call to assist me. Everyone was professionally and guided me through the entire process. I had my screen replaced on my PC and the price was the lowest that I could find anywhere else. In addition to the price, I was shocked at the door to door treatment, My PC was picked up from my home and mailed back to me with one day shipping insured. Throughout the process I received emails with my update status, and exactly what was going on. I would use them again and highly recommend their services.

I had an excellent experience with Greg of PCMACNERDS. He was able over several days to resolve a number of problems which had troubled me both with my desktop and laptop. They were not simple to correct but he persevered and I am now able to communicate better than for sime time past. A friendly, reasonably priced encounter.

After using another computer repair service for a number of years, I happen to find PCMACNERDS. My two computers have never performed better and the service and "hand holding" has been excellent. They have been more than fair with their charges. I have never written a review before but PCMACNERDS deserves every positive comment.

I called PCMACNERDS just for standard maintenance on my PC laptop; a quick scan for any viruses and cleanup before I took my laptop with me for my job. The service was quick, thorough, and he even increased the efficiency on my computer while he was at it. Also left options for future remote service. Good experience overall. ~Blair

PCMACNERDS is an amazing, professional service! Our showroom was having problems with the memory of our PC's, and a bunch of other problems that were giving us a headache. PCMACNERDS came and have been working with us for the past few months to get our whole system cleaned up and running smoothly. We got many reasonable options on how we could best be equipped.

The hard drive on my laptop failed. I replaced the drive, but I needed someone to recover the data quickly off the bad drive. PCMacnerds provided outstanding service. They picked up my drive and computer from my house, recovered the old data and transferred it onto my new drive - and actually fixed the drive I thought was ready for the trash. They kept in touch via e-mail on their progress and brought it back to my house in two days. The price for was very reasonable. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Strongly recommend.
