Not very pleased with service at all. The representative, Jonathan Leeder, Never checked to make sure all information was saved on the laptop before transferring said information to a different computer. He told me that he downloaded an app (that he has never used before) which resulted in a a corrupt file. Because of this. When Jonathan went to restart the laptop, there ended up being a security lock that was unknown to me and fully locked me out of the computer.
Now all my work information from 2019 is now lost. The representative lacked any empathy and did absolutely nothing to help, claiming I'm "SOL and that he has no other solution to the problem" I've now lost a years work within 5 minutes of him trying to transfer information. Since I was unaware of the security lock, I think there should be extra measures taken to save all information FIRST.just in case of a situation such as this.
