U.S.A PC Repair was started in July 2007.Our owner is a member of the Arizona Army National Guard who still currently serves in a technician's position within his unit. When starting the company, the initial idea was to service all aspects of computer problems. It was later decided to narrow the company's focus to normal everyday problems in order to increase customer satisfaction.

We discovered that most computer issues that were coming in could be solved within 24 to 48 hours, but were delayed due to computers coming in with more complex problems. Narrowing the focus of the company's business has allowed for much quicker turnaround time while still maintaining the high level of quality that you deserve.

We realize that there is nothing more frustrating than going to a Big Box retail store and waiting for hours or days to have your system diagnosed only to find out that the store will need weeks to have your computer fixed due to computers that need more TLC then yours does.
