Great family owned business that works remotely (from their location) on some PC issues, will come to your location or as in my case I brought my new laptop, old hard drive etc to them. They were great at communication from the get go with text and or phone calls with any questions or information needed as well as when everything was set up and ready for pickup! Pricing is extremely reasonable and affordable! Thank you Michael, Tiffany, Chris and Logan! Great job!

My laptop froze and was unresponsive. I was pretty sure I was going to have to buy a new laptop. I was pretty stressed about it. I brought it in for a diagnostic look and Michael, the co-owner, was ale to get a part and fix it. He was so kind and knowledgeable to work with. I now have what is essentially a new computer that ought to last me a number of more years at a very reasonable price.
He is going to continue to work on it tomorrow morning so I have what I had on it before. Unfortunately, the solid state itself failed so he could not get my data, however, my husband had set up my laptop so it would be backing up onto the cloud each time I saved something and Michael is now in the process of retrieving my data and putting it onto my newly fixed laptop. I highly recommend this shop.

These guys did a good job. Tiffany was super nice and awesome. The price was reasonable/fair/good. The turn around was fast. I was happy with the results. It's obvious they care and want to make you happy rather than just get the job. If your on the fence or wondering if you should give them a chance definitely try them out. You'll be happy!

TL; DR: FAIR, FAST, FRIENDLY AND FANTASTIC! Michael and his staff are some of the very best techs I've ever worked with. Timely, fair and extremely good at their jobs. I've been building and fixing my own computers since the 90's, but when I'm stumped, they get the job done or they tell me why it isn't worth it to fix something. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

These guys absolutely saved my day! I spilled coffee on my computer right before a HUGE work presentation and they were like real life super hero's. Professional, knowledgeable, honest and so incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the process! Michael, the owner is a fantastic resource and offered all sorts of knowledge on purchasing computers, software and even gave me one of his plugs to borrow until I received mine. I like to spend my money in my local community and support smaller businesses as much as possible, so I was delighted to find PC-ANSWERS within a block of my new apartment in Littleton! Michael and Tiffany Burton are a very helpful couple who own the shop and they did a fantastic job figuring out a multitude of issues I had on my home-built desktop PC.
Over the years I have owned many different PCs and Laptops and had collected multiple hard drives from these old computers which were all in various states of operational condition. They quickly diagnosed why my brand new SSD was not working and found it had manufacturer defects that were giving me headaches by shutting off at random and very inconvenient times.
Then they were able to identify the health of each old hard drive and get me up and running again reliably. Knowing which hard drives were good to keep, and which ones were about to fail was also invaluable to know. They then moved 20 years of historical files and copied them to the best hard drive on my now functional Desktop PC. The cost for all this help was extremely reasonable and I was able to buy some good used hardware that I needed as well.
I even got a free box of Girl Scout cookies to enjoy. The cookies are going fast though, so hurry in with your own PC, Macintosh or Laptop to get yours also! Nice Touch! Thanks Mike and Tiffany - and - as Arnold might say, "I'll be back!"

PC Answers. Where to start on the amount of good this company does. Michael and Tiffany have created an environment of trust, honesty and customer care that is extremely rare and fond. I have never in my life met more honest, fair and consistent people. If you need anything from this company at all from computer repair, setting up networks, talking to a friend or even moving your plants for you. Mike and Tiffany are the answer.
As an previous employee I can tell you that you will never be ignored, over-charged or judged no matter how small or big your problem is. The mantra here is do the right thing. I give these guys two thumbs up. I have an older desktop computer that I really like. When it crashed on me, I was told that I just needed to get a new computer. That was not a viable option at the time. A friend recommended PC answers. They identified the problem and fixed it at their very reasonable quoted price with a quick turnaround. My computer has been running perfectly since their repair. Additionally, I am technically challenged and they have had infinite patience with the questions that I have. They have treated me with kindness and respect. I am one happy customer.

My computer recently started to run slowly and eventually turned into the Blue Screen of Death. I called PC Answers to see if it was worth bringing in and spoke to Michael, who let me know what the chances of recovery were. I took it in to their shop and had a new hard drive installed on the same day. Michael and his team gave me a few different options and pricing and I am very happy with the result.
Shortly after my visit, my Parents PC started acting up and Michael paid them a home visit to diagnose and fix their PC as well as an IPad. Will definitely use PC Answers again if I run into computer problems.

Michael set up a small business home office network for us a few years ago. We regularly have called on Michael and his team to address issues with our new & old devices & software, and they have been able to fix problems quickly, often via a remote connection! PC Answers is AWESOME! I bought a BAD pre-built gaming computer from cyberpower. It had this weird issue that it was super hard to find out what was wrong with it. I talked with cyberpower, and they couldn't fix it. I replaced almost every part I could think of, and still, my computer wouldn't work. I took it to BestBuy/GeekSquad, and they couldn't fix it.
I talked through drivers/software fixes with a technician and couldn't fix it. I was about to give up and buy a new computer, but I decided to go to PC Answers. PC Answers listened to me and the issues. They didn't just mindlessly run it through some standard corporate protocol computer check like BestBuy (which didn't help or fix the problem).
They went above and beyond and manually tested it themselves (stress testing and running twitch/video games). They were able to fix it! I was waiting to write this review to ensure my computer didn't revert to the old glitchy broken form. It has been about two weeks now, and it runs perfectly! Thank you guys so much for making this process so easy and saving me about $1,000 not having to buy a new gaming computer!

I really needed to take my old laptop for a diagnostic and "tune up" and, once again, Yelp reviews helped me to narrow down all the places to the best one for my needs. It was worth the drive for me - Michael at PC Answers was super helpful and knowledgeable. Not a pushy salesman at all. He gave me all the options and provided tons of valuable tips.
It is easy to find as it's located on a plaza with other stores and some restaurants. I definitely recommend PC Answers to anyone who needs an expert advice on servicing an existing computer or purchasing a new one!

This review is long overdue as I have used PC Answers several times. The first was a total crash of my laptop, I worked with Donyo and he directed me towards a new computer and transferred my data for me. I am a business owner and without a computer I could not work. The turnaround was really quick and everything was explained really well, including pricing (very reasonable).
The second time I was having an audio problem and Donyo had it fixed in about 2 minutes. They do a great job and the customer service is fantastic. Also, I have referred several people to PC Answers and they are satisfied customers as well. Great company and excellent customer service!

So, I'm really not the online reviewer type since there is definitely no shortage of cranky complaining online reviews, but I had to share my very positive experience with them. They are local, knowledgeable, super friendly and customer service oriented. From my experience there they are doing it the right way. First off, I must say that I'm not a person that actually needs the services of a computer repair shop, I've been building my own and working with computers for 20+ years and trying to avoid offering free IT support to friends and family.
In any case, I was in the middle of building my latest screaming fast video workstation when I needed a simple part that I didn't have to finish the build. (That really only micro center would have in town) so I called these guys and asked if they had the past and would be willing to sell one to me. They said they don't really well parts but that I could come down and they would for me. Yay.
So I got there and talked to them for a few minutes about what they do and their business and they answered some questions I had about the pcie bus. I offered to pay them way more than the past was way j just for the convenience of being able to get it down the street but they wouldnt take my money. Just told me to come back if I ever needed anything else. Awesome. Thanks guys! That's how you keep folks in the neighborhood coming back. I recommend them highly.

PC Answers could also be called Mac Answers as they recently helped me fix my Mac. I was getting multiple requests for app passwords that were driving me crazy. The people at PC Answers were extremely helpful and solved the issues saving me from having to buy a new computer. They also followed up to see if I was satisfied and it was working well after I picked it up. I highly recommend them.

This place is great! The customer service is outstanding. I dropped off my laptop because I was constantly getting a blue screen critical error. They found 48 viruses and were able to remove them all. They were in constant communication with me through the whole process. I forgot my charger and one of the employees even drove to meet me to pick it up as a live about 30 minutes from the store. They were quick and reasonably priced. I will definitely be referring my friends and family.

Started getting the nasty "blue screen" on old Windows XP computer startup. They diagnosed dying hard drive; got it to work long enough to save the documents to a thumb drive (yes, I've used backup drives - and they've all died too - Solid State from now on, baby!). 1 day to diagnose; 1 day more to copy the files.

I caused a problem on my laptop that I couldn't fix; PC Answers assessed the problem and warned that I might be looking at a new hard drive with loss of data. The repair turn around time was just a day and a half and the repairs were thankfully less serious and the cost was very reasonable. I gladly recommend PC Answers.

Let me start out by saying I used these folks several times because they had a high BBB rating and are on Tom Martino's trouble shooter list. Initially I was somewhat satisfied but in the end, they have left a very bad taste in my mouth. The woman who answers the phone and sits out front borders on rude. It is impossible to actually talk to a tech.
I first brought my PC in because it had a virus. It was fixed, my data was saved. 3-day turnaround but all good. Within 6 months I had another virus even though I use protection :) and went back to PC Answers. Once again they fixed everything and I asked if there was anything else I could do to avoid this in the future. Since all I could do was talk to Rude Lady in the front, I received no PC Answer to my question.
Within 3 months another virus. (Mind you I am a basic user, do not social network etc.) Once again they fixed it and once again I asked what I could do to avoid it. Did I need to buy software? Was it time for a new PC. Just tell me please. No advice. Within 4 days my PC was slowing down again. the first sign that I was infected and eventually would blow up.
I called up and told Rude Lady that I was concerned because it appeared that I was infected, to which she replied, "What did you do?" WTF? I went to Office Depot in Stapleton where they were wonderful and helpful and DID have answers for my PC, unlike PC Answers. Don't go here unless you like abuse.

We caught a virus that we couldn't cure.-- and not the Ahchoo kind Funny we thought we had the best protection out there, and we still got a nasty Trojan that absolutely shut down one of our laptops -- anyone else find that ironic. Not knowing anyone in the biz, we went with PC Answers who by chance had a 1/2 price Virus Removal Offer right on Yelp.
Note to Companies: Yes Couponing works -- we're perfect examples. They successfully removed the Trojan, at what I think was a good price -- best part is now we know where to go for Computer Maintenance. Only demerit comes from the week turn-around time, vs the 2 day turn-around we were quoted. That was One Long Week --
