Saved my MacBook Pro from beach salt and scum. I took my laptop on vacation in Belize. They have this stuff called Sargasso that comes with bad weather. Disgusting seaweed that piles up and create sulfuric acid in the air. My laptop was dead and I figured I was out $2000-3000. Took it these guys and they fixed it for less than $400. Thank you!

I came here to buy a new computer and instead of them pushing for me to Buy a computer they said bring yours and let us fix it for you anybody else would've pushed me to buy a new computer but they saved the day and saved me money.:. the owner was amazing along with staff I will go to them for all my Mac needs hands down. Good prices amazing product not over priced.

Computer problems can be emotionally draining, but not with Mac Outlet. They made me feel very comfortable with the breadth of knowledge they had by not being too geeky or intimidating. I knew I had problems bringing them my nine year old macbook pro, but they explained several options at different price points. They've got great looking products in the store too. I will definitely use them again. I would definitely buy them a beer!

I had a complicated problem in my 2017 MacBook Air. The drive had to be reconfigured which was a scary proposition for me. I took it to Mac Outlet and they were able to resolve within 2 days. I have gone there a few times and I've always had good and reliable service. One thing to keep in mind is that if you buy a new battery, it won't be from Apple and the charging icon may be different than what you're used to. Regardless, I recommend Mac Outlet to friends who are struggling with computer issues if their equipment is out of warranty since this is not an authorized service center ~ they are 100% clear about this which I appreciate.

This place sold me a SOLID refurb less than a year ago and it's been great! I just recently had an issue that was troubleshot easily by their tech, Sky. He hooked up the knowledge and got me on my feet again! Thanks again y'all!

Adam at the Mac Outlet store fixed my son's Apple computer in a few short hours when I expressed urgency, so my son would have his computer to finish his finals. I am beyond happy with the excellent customer service and repairs I received from the Mac Outlet in Englewood. I have a 2012 MacBook Pro, and the screen went white. I took it to the Apple store, and they told me there was nothing they could do to fix it. Of course, they said that I needed a new computer. I knew of the Mac Outlet from living in the neighborhood, so I decided to stop there before making any big decisions.

I am so elated that I did. Sky talked me through everything I needed to know and put my worries to rest. He recovered my hard drive, backed up my data, and replaced the hard drive and cable. These guys are the best! Headed into there on New Year's Eve with a keythat-the "e" that had popped off, making my laptop essentially inoperable for lots of end-of-year, beginning of year stuff I need to get done. They were friendly and FAST-and also replaced another key. And then they said "no charge." My company has used them a lot in the past for both repairs for employee laptops and to buy laptops--and now I know why. They are best in class!

Mac Outlet spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting my crashing iMac which I had purchased from them 4 months earlier. They were able to verify it was not a hardware issue but a software setting in Lightroom along with slow read write issues with an external hard drive. It is so reassuring to have them on your team. Wow great service, deals and above all else, people!

I was told I needed a new computer. I wanted to find a place that could help me make that decision, since I am not very technical. I bought my computer years ago at an Apple store. That experience was far from optimal and I ended up with a lot of stuff I didn't need. This Mac Outlet was a perfect fit for me. I came in with a list of about 15 things my computer was doing.

Sky Mays helped me right away. No waiting. He was able to fix the first 7 problems in under 10 minutes. He worked with me and figured out, that for my needs, I really didn't need a new computer. He could put a new hard drive in and make it good as new. Since I live in Steamboat, I left my computer with him until I returned 2 weeks later. It is completely different machine now.

It's fast and even better than it was when I first bought it. All the guys (Sky, Adam and Stuart) are awesome. They never made me feel stupid; they didn't talk down to me; they listened to me; they were respectful and honest and SO patient. It was such a great experience that my husband went back & bought a new iPhone and a used MacBook Pro. We are 2 very happy customers. Go there. Give them the business. :)

We purchased a pretty expensive MacBook Pro and it was everything that we had hoped for. My wife uses it for her new home based business and it serves her more then well. We had an issue with the power cord today only to realize when we brought it to the Apple store it wasn't an actual Apple product, power cord. The Max Outlet was closed and we needed it for a business function but couldn't contact them to ask for a new one......Joe the owner called me back and made it 1000% right. Sending me a check for the power cord even though he technically didn't need to.

More than anything the fact that he went SOOOO far out of his way to make it right means I'm a customer ror as long as they and I are around. Thanks Joe and Mac Outlet. You rock... highly recommend checking these guys out. Well we'll worth the trip.

This is a great place if you want a Mac Book or other Apple product without paying the price for a new one. The advice and customer service are excellent. I bought a Mac Book earlier this year. When it had a fatal problem they gave me a big discount on a replacement. They offer a warranty on your purchase. I saved hundreds.

This team is awesome. Met with Adam online initially, using Yelp. He walked me off of the ledge because my Mac Mini was driving me insane. I was about to cash it in and get a Windows server. He encouraged me that I didn't want to do that ... but ... every time I did any kind of operation I was getting the spinning beach ball of death. He recommended I come in for a diagnostics test. Adam allowed me to set up my system in the shop to demonstrate what was happening.

He was able to identify the issue immediately and suggested that I install an SSD rather than keep the old spinning disk in the mini--a very quick and accurate diagnosis. So I dropped off the mini for a couple of days, went back to pick it up, and viola! it is running more quickly and smoothly than ever before. To think, it nearly met an early fate in the giveaway pile.

Now it looks like I will have a couple of more years with this mini. I could only have been happier if everything was free... but it was at a fair price. Thanks for your amazing work The Mac Outlet!

Great store! I came in about 6 months ago worrying my old MacBook finally died but they checked a few things and it was just a bad charging port. I went in again today when neither the charging port or the adapter was working. They swapped the charger and the adapter free of charge! They also had some really cheap stuff like $2.00 cases/chargers for older Mac products.

Chris was the employee who helped me both times, very knowledgeable and professional. He does the same job that it takes 5 Apple employees to do all by himself, give that man a raise!

These guys saved my 2007 iMac and helped regain photos that I thought were forever lost! Adam was awesome and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who's in need of help with their apple products. Great business that sells, repairs and fixes various Apple products including computers, laptops and much more. I brought in a 2008 MacBook Pro and the guys at Mac Outlet fixed the old laptop and restored and transferred all files from it onto an external drive. Other businesses told me that my laptop crashed and that no files could be restored from it, but the experts at Mac Outlet restored my precious photos and other files and brought my 2008 MacBook Pro laptop back to life for a reasonable price and in a short amount of time. I recommend this business to all people looking for professional assistance and repairs on their Apple computers.

Bought a previously owned MacBook for far less than retail. It has been a reliable work horse. And Mac Outlet has been available with a simple walk in for Immediate assistance. Real experts of the Mac products who can help quickly, affordably, and as mentioned, often Right Away! As a matter of fact, I got my MacBook when my MacAir glass was being repaired at a traditional Apple store. Never going back to one of those again.

My 10 year old "command central" desk top Mac's hard drive had died. The gentlemen at the Mac Outlet diagnosed the problem, helped me buy a great refurbished new model and saved my data. The service and price are outstanding. The highest of accalades for Mac Outlet!

Lovely Store with lovely people. They did a quick fix (for an expert) on my MacBook Pro and didn’t even charge. They have a great selection of used Macs and even displays of very old ones making it a museum too! I also left my purse in there and they found out where I was and rang to let me know.

These guys went above and beyond for us. We've had a couple repairs done and been frustrated in the past (probably because our macs are just too old), and they went out of their way to fix one of Macbooks for free and another with a very quick turnaround. Adam is the man.

I am not too tech savvy so I had a couple questions about my iPhone. I drive by Mac Outlet everyday coming home from work so I thought I would swing by. I asked the guy my questions and I did not feel judged for my lack of knowledge, which happens to me at the Apple Store. He showed me how to fix my phone with a few clicks and I was on my way home. I will definitely go back there with any of my Apple issues.

I have been a customer of the Mac Outlet for several years and have always found the staff to be professional and courteous. My most recent visit was to install a new hard drive on my iMac. Following the install it appeared my photos failed to transfer and all looked lost. Thankfully, the repair person told me to call when I got home and we could link into my Airport Time Capsule to see if there was a usable backup.

After a couple of failed attempts he was not ready to give up and sure enough on the third try we were able to locate the photos and make a smooth transfer. When I say he was not ready to give up I mean he stayed after hours and talked me through the process until it was completed. That defines service! Thank you Mac Outlet.

I'm so glad I found this business on yelp. Had an issue with my Mac from a download. I thought it might be a major problem but turned out to be minor. Michael looked at it right away and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Great customer service!!
