Bought a large number of these particular HD drives over the years but it was a first time buy from these guys. Easy to order and a longer delivery time than usual but overall worked out cheaper. Swings and roundabouts as they say. I certainly have no complaints.

Product working well. Excellent price and communications; delivery overland from Spain with good tracking and completely satisfied with the process. Good website, easy to use and navigate. Faster carrier delivery available at a higher price, if a priority. Happy to recommend and would certainly use again.

Have ordered several items (Samsonite, Sea to Summit, .) from them, essentially based on great price. So far I have not been disappointed, products were shipped (to Brussels) reasonably fast, well packaged and brand new. Therefore very recommended.

I bought a LG microwave from the store. This microwave is usually double its price but I've got it at a reasonable rate from this store and I am so happy about it's quality and it's a genuine product. The only con I can say is a delivery took over three weeks which was frustrating and also knowing that they were sending it to the UK maybe a complimentary plug adapter would've been helpful. Great value for money. Just use google translate for the instruction manual

I won't be able to rate your product, PRIME Z490-A a reject you sold to me. It is shame for a company which has an impressing website. This reject, PRIME Z490-A, did not post and display. I contacted Techinn and they refused to replace or refund. The original box from ASUS was not even sealed.

I ordered the Christmas gift last year in Nov. They said it will be delivered by Dec. 13 when I placed the order. But the package didn't arrive even after new year. I checked with their customer support and they said they can't do anything about it and asked me to wait. Last week I checked online and surprisingly found the package is marked as delivered but I received nothing.

By checking the tracking number, the last stop for the package was received by a post office in another city. I contacted the customer support and again they said they can't do anything and asked me to contact with post office directly to figure out. This is really bad. So I report it to the credit car which I paid for the order. The next day I received a call from the bank and they informed me after investigation they have already marked this transaction as fraud and I have full refund. So, my piece of advise, save your money and your time, shopping somewhere else. Just see how many 1 star reviews here. It is a good indicator to keep away as far as possible.

Should be only 3,5-4 stars because of the non-existing customer service, I thought I got scammed after I read the other comments and my delivery got delayed 1 week further. But in the end, it was only just 3 days late, the package coming in nicely and safely. I ordered a Xgimi Horizon Pro, good product for the most competitive price I have seen in the market. Tip: when they send you a link to track your package, don't use it, take the tracking number and check it on the original website of your chosen delivery service, the link they send you doesn't update itself.

Absolute scam. item ships from Spain (I live in the USA). Arrives nearly destroyed (water damage AND half crushed). Has 220v plug so there is no way to even test it. Returns request for you to ship it back to Spain. 26676436

Purchased a Sony Clock radio. Stopped working after about 3 weeks. Trying to return with out success. Difficult process. I should have paid a little more rather than dealing with this company. Didn't realize it was coming from Spain. It took almost a month to receive but my card was charged immediately Found product from a USA supplier. Received in 1 week free shipping. Beware
