What an experience. I somehow was able to be seen the same day. I went to a computer place down the street and from the moment I spoke to the gentleman on the phone knew he was professional. Compared to the last guy who wanted to sell me another computer. I go in teary eyed having spilled coffee on my work computer. He walks me through the process and potential cost.
I leave and a couple hours this gentleman and scholar fixed my computer that wasn't turning on. He even sent pictures to prove work. This is truly the customer service I've been missing. Check my reviews folks, the man is 5 star quality and it turns out he's got several awards and all the big wigs go to him. Imagine if this guy had s flat screen TV with sports on and coffee for you wait. What a King ehat a professional and supremely knowledge. Thank You,

I brought my laptop to him to get the screen fixed. He was responsive and quoted me a set of prices based off the likely causes right off. From the time I gave him the computer to when he told me that the repair was finished was less than 48 hours. Highly recommend, very happy with his service and the work he did for me.

This place is really something else, you don't find many people in first world countries who actually fix electronics since it's so much easier to replace them. But Jim knows and understands technology intimately. Since he runs his shop solo, definitely call with an ETA before you show up. If you have any electronics that need to be fixed this is the place.

I recently dropped my laptop and the whole top left corner of the screen was shattered. I called Jim on Friday and explained to him what happened, gave him my laptop info and he ordered a new touch screen for it. The screen came in really fast (it came from China) and he got it and did a visual inspection of it by Tuesday. Took my laptop in to him Tuesday afternoon and have it working and looking just like normal Tuesday evening.
He was friendly and did a fantastic job replacing my screen. I feel those 2 poor reviews are unfair as my experience was excellent. I highly recommend Laptop Repair & Data Recovery if you value fast, friendly, quality service.

Exemplary service with a smile. Jim went above and beyond to get my PC back to me ASAP in perfect working order, despite the holidays. the work came in under his quote and my PC came home ready to rock and roll. I can't recommend him, or his shop enough! Will go back for sure should we have any repair needs for our treasured devices.
