He's worked in many call centers doing various jobs to include Computer, Internet and Website Support, he's also worked for the US Government, under a Secret Clearance, working on servers costing tens of thousands of dollars for various projects. He's also supported networks involving more than 80,000 users and more than 15,000 computers.
