GeekSupport911 GeekSupport911 was conceived in December 2008 after good friends and co-workers Mark Wagner and Lou Golar found out our technical support department was being eliminated at our employer. While dismayed at losing our jobs, we were also shocked that our company would abandon its customers' needs so thoughtlessly. This led us to decide that we would prefer to work somewhere that the customer came first, not the wild ideas of mediocre managers or college kids with no real-world experience. We pooled together our over 40 years of combined computer and IT experience into the formation of this company so that we could control the level of service our customers receive.

We would like to help you solve any issues you have relating to computers in your business or at home. We want you to be able to use your computer, not waste time trying to manage and fix them. Our goal is to help you remain productive and save costs on computer services. Our background gives us the knowledge and experience necessary to support Microsoft, Apple and Linux platforms from basic desktops to complex servers and networking devices. We also maintain a network of highly skilled IT professionals to bring in on projects as needed, since no one person or small group can know everything as well as needed.
