AMAZING! They replaced my screen and I expected it to be like 2 weeks and it was ready in 4 days. He gave me some great tips to maintain my battery life. Would 100% recommend.

Yesterday I went to Mobile Masters in desperate need after the personal computer I use in the classroom lost all sound capabilities. As a COVID-era teacher, having a functioning microphone and speakers is essential. Unfortunately, due to an unfortunate accident with external hardware, it was discovered that a power surge had damaged my computer. In record time, the wonderful people at Mobile Macsters diagnosed the problem, helped me locate a new computer, transferred the data, and even helped me learn about my new computer. I highly recommend Mobile Macsters! They are kind, patient, competent people.

$500 plus $49 diagnostic fee is outrageous for a MacBook battery. We had another Mackbook battery replaced at Apple for less than $200.

I gave 2 stars only because I had a great experience with them previously on my wife's computer, but would give 0 - 1 if this was my first experience with them. I say stay away! They do not do what they say they will do, and are very dismissive and don't really care about making things right. I dropped off my computer for a battery replacement and told I would have an update on parts availability that afternoon so I would know if it would possibly be ready the next day or if I was going to be up against the 4-5 day (or more) window so I could take my computer back and still work while waiting on parts.

After no updates that day, I reached out asking for status (and logged on to see it showed on my account) with no response, and then late in the day the next day I finally called. The person that answered was dismissive, unhelpful, uncaring and then argumentative after he told me it "was back there on the shelf and hadn't even been looked at" and then I explained what I had been told by the person who checked my computer in originally and was asking for clarification on what to expect. Said it was going to be "I don't know, probably sometime next week before we even look at it".

When I asked to discuss with the person who took it in, they wouldn't let me. So, I went and picked up my computer (the person who originally took it in gave it back, and couldn't care less that they had just lost a customer - no apology) and just dropped it off elsewhere. Should have it back tonight for 1/2 the cost as well. I'll never be back.

HIGHLY recommend Mobile Macsters! I had an issue with my MacBook Pro and had called the Apple Store to make an appointment, and it was going to be SIX days before they would be able to get me in. Luckily they recommended Mobile Macsters because they're an authorized Apple service provider and after calling, Deshawn told me that I could come and drop off my laptop right away.

It seems like even decent customer service is unfortunately very hard to come by these days, and Deshawn was absolutely outstanding. Fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. No one ever wants to have to deal with having a device fixed, but he managed to turn the entire situation into a pleasant and refreshing one. If I ever have any issues with any of my Apple devices again, I will most definitely be taking them directly into Mobile Macsters!

My phone had an issue I found was a recall issue. This establishment is listed on the Apple web site as an authorized dealer. I took the phone in 10/21, understanding it would need to be sent in for the repair. Thursday 10/24 I call and it had not been analyzed yet. Called back 10/28 and was told it was sent to Apple on 10/24. Then, the tech assigned to my issue, Deshawn was placed on the line. 'Yeah' was how he greeted me.

Then tells me' it shows a charge'. I thought it was a charge as in my phone charged, which was not the issue. Admittedly, I was very annoyed at this point. Without his help I googled and found that the recall expired at two years and my phone exceeded this by 3 months (no thanks to this rude tech). He also stated, very tersely, I sent two messages; as it happened, those messages were sent to the phone I am not in possession of (the one they are repairing).

I asked that the repair not be done, it's not worth it at this point and to be called when it was back with no repair. I asked to be called at a number provided; no call, no anything. I call today and it has apparently been setting on the shelf. Maybe it's beneath him, too small of a job. I am giving a 2/5 because at least the other associates showed a modicum of customer service.

Virtually no Customer Service - I am a business owner of multiple businesses in Tulsa. This level of service would hurt us for sure. I dropped off my device for replacement - They told me it should take a few days. I call back a week later after receiving no status update and they hadn't even looked at my request. I asked for an ETA. The representative tells me that he can't give me one. I called Apple direct and they resolved my issue in a matter of minutes. I will never go back here and would never refer this business.

Apple support referred me to Mobile Macsters in Tulsa to try and recover data from my Macbook's hard drive. I gave them an external drive (with an old backup of my hard drive) and I told them to wipe it if they could recover the data from my laptop's hard drive. Well Mobile Macsters couldn't retrieve the data and they wiped my external drive clean anyway. There were files I could have pulled off my backup, but now I don't have that option. I will never go back there.

After being given the run around at the apple store we took our computer to Macsters where they were 100 times better. Turns out our computer really is too old to invest money into and they let us know that instead of just doing the work and handing us a bill. We will definitely be going back if we need computer work in the future.

Disappointing. referred by Apple since they were backed up and the work on my computer was covered by apple care. It would have been shorter to wait for The Appointment with Apple. Previously they have always been efficient and reliable. Once I dropped my computer off to mobile macsters I was told repeatedly- your next in line. for a week and a half.

Then they had to order the part they were supposed to replace initially. I would never go there again or recommend them. It all seemed half assed. disappointing. I gave them two stars to be polite. But they are not worth the frustration. I would try somewhere else. Definitely will wait for Apple next time. My bad!

Incredible! My old MacBook is as dear to me as is my iPhone or one of my kidneys, I would not part with either. The battery of the MacBook was not keeping its charge very long anymore. I travel a lot for work and during an overnight stay in Wichita, KS, I had it changed for a new one at a CPR outfit - terrible mistake. Trusting positive reviews, I humbly came to MOBILE MACSTERS in Tulsa, OK.

There were a lot of customers, probably for the following reasons. Everyone was very friendly with me from the first phone call, technicians come from their stations and take the time to reviews their findings. As soon as the parts arrived I was given an appointment to match my schedule. As my battery was changed and other repairs were being done, I received 6 messages from the technician telling me every step of his work - Incredible.

At the end of the day I went to pick up my computer. My IOS and another program had their updater not working, so I thought I had the latest software version installed. Not so. The technician replaced the two faulty updater and made current every application and my IOS. I was extremely happy with the quality of the service and the expertise of the technicians.

Best Mac support and repair shop in Tulsa. I've been in for major repairs twice and they've delivered my computer back a day early both times, and last time it was under the estimate. The customer service is excellent and they are very up front about costs with you.

If you are considering taking your iPhone in for a repair, read this. On Apple's website, if your phone must go in for a repair you will get it back in at most 5 days. I opted to go in to mobile masters because my 3 week old iPhone was not turning on and they could get me in a few days before the genius bar could. After 6 days with mobile masters (4 business days) they still had not attended to my phone to even diagnose it (it would not have taken 15 minutes to determine the phone had an internal fault and needed to be shipped in).

I've picked up my phone and now I'm going to Apple where my warranty can let them replace it in store for me. This place is probably only good for old MacBooks where they keep old parts, Apple doesn't keep old parts. I would never recommend anyone take a phone, especially one under warranty to these guys as your time (a whole week) could be wasted just like mine.

Woke up to a dead phone that would not charge. These people are great. Service came with a smile and honest opinion on timing and cost of repair. Replaced the battery and I'm back up a running. I have an iPhone 6 and they had the battery.

My impression of Mobile Macsters, after I made an appointment to have my battery replaced: "We're dumb and don't know how to do things! Herp herp herp!" Oh and more expensive than PhoneDoctors. -40 do not want.

After setting an appt and waiting for 30 minutes, the store directed me to the Apple Store because they didn't stock the parts to fix the phone. New iPhone 7. "We don't stock those parts." Save yourself some time and go directly to Apple. Sheesh.

Absolutely wonderful experience here. My Mac needed a new logic board, and the Apple store couldn't get me in for a few days. Mobile Macsters had my new equipment installed two days before Apple would have even had the chance to look at it. My Mac is running the best it has in years. I am so grateful.

I contacted Mobile Macsters after reading one review online. They ordered a new MacAir for me, transferred files from another one to the new one, fixed the older Air for my husband, and added more memory to my iMac. I found them to be knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. Throughout the process I received frequent email and phone status updates. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use them again when the need arises.
