Excellent work. They had a new PC built, delivered, moved all of our files out of old PC, set up all our emails, copy machine, gave us instruction on have to move around on windows 10, as we had windows 7. Our service person was Clint. Nicest, patient, understanding young man. Answered all our questions. We are in our late 70’s, not too computer savvy. I chose Shepard Technologies based on the background that was written about the company and owner on Yelp. I chose this company for the experience of Chip and that he had served our country. I was extremely pleased with the quick response after talking to Chip on the Phone. He came to troubleshoot my computer and took the computer with him to do the repairs.
