I took my computer to see why it was overheating. I thought maybe the fan was going out, it turns out, but it ended up being something else. My computer was repaired in just a few hours and for a reasonable amount. He took the time to explain what he did and give me pointers on ways to keep it running smoothly.

I've taken the 5 year old computer to Marc twice. Both times because of virus problems. Both times the unit was ready the next day, free of "connection problems" and considerably faster in booting up. Plus Marc set up a file of "maintenance software, all freeware, to utilize on a 'weekly' basis to forestall problems in the future. A proactive approach, not just a band aid. Both times the charges were very fair. What's not to like!

I discovered Mark by surfing the net. I decided to try his services as my computer had a worm and networking problems. I contacted him and setup an appointment. When he arrived he was courteous and respectful. My son and I informed him of the problems we were encountering and he then was able to fix the networking problems on site. But the worm problem required he take my CPU home with him to cleanse.
He returned the CPU free of infection the next day. His fees were reasonable and I consider the service as excellent. I recommend him to anyone who needs to have their system corrected.

Marc is VERY professional and skilled in pc/laptop repair. He was very informative from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Not only does he know what he's doing, he genuinely likes working on computers. He goes the extra mile to keep his customers informed and up to date beyond repairing your system. I felt as if my laptop was in good hands.
There are no hidden fees (everything is explained up front) and he is honest in his assessment. My system was BADLY infected and Marc got it up and running in less than two (2) days! I would definetly consult Marc again if necessary! He is friendly and no nonsense when it comes to his profession and repairing your system.

If you live close enough to the St. Louis area, Marc is the guy you need to go to.
Repairing my laptop took him three days - which he says was a long time for him to have a machine. It had several issues with viruses and Master Boot Record errors. He was able to fix all of those, speed up my machine with some other tools and get me up and running for less money than another place was going to charge to "look into" my machine.
Marc is a friendly, professional guy that works out of his house and depends on word of mouth to grow his business - and with the work he does, he won't have any trouble growing his business.
He is very straightforward, so if you don't like hearing the truth about what really happened to your computer and prefer to hear from Geek Squad some fabricated shell of convoluted truth, don't call Marc. He will fix your machine, then have you take it for a test drive in his presence so we both know it works when you take possession from him.
Hopefully I will never have another machine break, but if it does, Marc will be the first and only technician I will call.

In the past I resorted to using the more well known "Geek Squad"; and although they solved the problem, they were sorely lacking in customer relations.
Marc took the time to educate me on various anti-virus products and how best to use them. He also provided information on other products, which would enhance my knowledge and use of my particular computer.
In short, he solved my problem, installed another hard drive with significantly increased capacity and showed me how best to avoid this problem in the future. This work was performed quickly and at a reasonalble cost. He also invited me to call him with any additional problem or questions I might have. I hope I don't have any computer problems for a long time. But when I do, I'll be calling MANONIGHT.

Marc (the owner of Manonight Computers) was a true professional and I would recommend him to anybody who needs assistance with computer repair. A couple of weeks ago, my custom built computer broke down. After looking at reviews I came across Manonight Computers and decided to go with Marc because of the excellent reviews.
Marc (the owner) worked with me every step of the way to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with my service.
On my first visit, he walked through my problem and explained what he planned to do to get my computer back up and running. He promised to get back to me the next day with a status update. Over the next couple of days, he kept me updated with what steps he was taking to assist me. It turned out that my problem was a lot more complicated than we realized, but Marc kept me informed about exactly what was going on.
The great thing about Manonight is that Marc doesn't charge if he isn't able to produce results. This gives the customer the power to make decisions without feeling like they have invested too heavily already. Because of this policy I was able to make the decision to go for slightly costly upgrade with a clear head. Marc, again, walked me through what he was going to do (replace the motherboard and re-install the operating system).
When the computer was ready for pickup, Marc made sure to have the computer plugged in, running, and ready for me, so that I could verify that it ran. He provided me with an itemized receipt, which will be appreciated come tax time. Since I received my computer back a couple of weeks ago, I am happy to report no problems. I lost my OS on my home desktop. I had it repaired over a year ago and wasn't given a geniune Windows OS. When it recently crashed, I found Marc and chose him because he was Merchant Verified. Now that he has reinstalled a new Windows XP Prof OS that is geniune, my computer is better than it ever was. I have more things I want done to my computer and Marc is now my new "computer guy" I will be calling. He was also fast and kind.

I was introduced to Marc Murray about a year ago through a friend. My desktop computer began having problems, so I called him up. Marc asked how soon could I get it there? Within the next 15 to 20 mins he had it. Marc found the problem, fixed it, added a few things extra and I was on my way again. I've sent Marc about 4 more customers since then. This month which is April 2010. Marc fixed my laptop, I'm sold! Marc's the Man... He's my computer guy.

Like many people I'm not good at writing a review but the technical and repair services provided by Marc Murray of Manonight Computer deserves acknowledgement. Not being that computer literate, several times I have encountered what I considered to be a major problem. Every time Marc has immediately responded to my inquiries and provided an immediate solution.
In the past I have bought items from the big guys, like Best Buy or Ultimate Electronics, and if you had to contact their technical support for assistance it became a journey into an uknown galaxy. I found Marc from an internet search. I was in need of an expert that rid my computer of the viruses. This is my work computer and being an independent business man I was looking for a knowledgeable and honest professional that would fix my problem and not cost me an arm and a leg. Marc took the time to approach my problem with research and expertise in a way that can't be matched by larger outfits. He took the time to explain to me what was happening. Communication was easy, and he worked hard to save me trouble and money. I would trust him again to safeguard my kids' baby pictures or my business's account records, without hesitation.
