I'm one of those people that use computers every day, but really have no idea what I'm doing. Cat Computers were terrific. They did curbside pickup from me during Covid and gave me options for my 8-year-old laptop to either repair or get a new one. When I opted for the latter, they gave me plenty of options. I wanted them to choose since they knew what to look for, though they had me choose the brand.

They found a great one and transferred all the downloads and documents from my old laptop. Overall stellar service without any snark regarding my admitted lack of computer competence. Very nice people and quick service.

The email on my computer was non-existent, having mysteriously disappeared into the computer hinterland. That's a big problem for a lot of folks, and it was for me, being a professional writer and waiting for chapters to edit from my publisher. Saying I was antsy about the length of time required to get my email up and running, and therefore putting me in 'business again, ' is hardly describing my anxiety. CAT Computers did a remote control fix on my computer (which is amazing, IMHO) and got my email back online and running without me having to drag my computer (a big desktop Mac model) into the shop. Painless, efficient and quick, from initial phone call to fixing the problem. A pleasure to work with CAT.and I highly recommend them, whatever computer problem you have. Kudos!

This computer guy will flexibly go out of his way to meet your needs, a quick "drop-off" of your lap-top to the shop and convenient "pick-up" soon in the following days. A small shop, made worth my while to patronize in the local mid-town county area.

He gave me options, was honest and forthright, and even though I didn't end up springing for the full repair (the parts were really hard to get!) he treated me like a valued customer. Robert helped me buy and install a new computer and monitors for my business. He also was able to transfer most of the programs and documents from my previous computer, a task that was not easy. He went above and beyond in making sure everything was set up and working properly. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and his desire to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I recommend him (CAT Computers) highly.

They work with you on whatever you need done with your computer and keep you updated with what they are doing. They saved my laptop when I really thought it was a lost cause! Only place I'll take my computers

We have been using CAT Computers for several years now. We run a home office and Robert from CAT has been servicing our computers, and has helped us in the purchase of several computers. We have had CAT Computers for the past year or so. If there is a problem, a call, email or text gets us a response within twenty minutes--but usually sooner. What I appreciate is that if it can't be fixed by remote, Robert comes by to make sure our computers are working and ready to run; all updates are checked or loaded at the end of day so I don't have to stop in the middle of my day, which saves me down time. I’m 5 hours away from St. Louis, and our ISP/VOIP provider did a number on our network at a remote site, taking down internet connectivity and consequently our VPN back to corporate. I spent 4 hours on the phone with the providers trying to get a resolution, and they couldn’t even provide me an accurate description of what work had been done or what changes had been made.

I got ahold of Chandler, he arrived first thing the next morning, and 45 minutes later he had everything wired correctly and got my Internet, VOIP, and VPN all back online! I couldn’t recommend them any more highly, saved me a 5 hour one way trip. THANKS!
