I purchased a Micro Express desktop computer many years ago (2014). The computer has performed flawlessly the entire time and it remains fast and powerful. Over the years I have contacted the company technical support for guidance on making upgrades (hard drive, graphics card) and addressing other questions I have had. In every case, they quickly took my call and provided me with extensive help. Compared to other computer companies that provide minimal assistance after the warranty has expired, Micro Express stands out for their fantastic customer support. When the time comes to finally retire my computer (not in the near future) I will definitely purchase a new one from Micro Express.

Micro Express.great PCs and great Customer Support! I have purchased 2 or 3 PC from these guys over the last 7 years. The PCs are very reliable and work great! Whenever I have needed technical support, they have delivered! Casey is friendly, professional and technically competent.a great guy to get technical advice from! I purchased a computer (micro flex 79b) here 1 3/4 years ago. i was very pleased with the specs and surprised at how quiet it runs. one week ago i had a hardware problem with the computer suddenly shutting down. i couldn't even boot to the bios. i sent an email to micro express asking for help. they responded promptly and immediately relieved my anxiety assuring me they would fix my computer. within a few hours after receiving my computer they telephoned to report they saw no problems with my computer. (in hind-sight, it was probably a power cable problem.) i don't think they were going to charge me anything for testing so i asked them to upgrade the power supply. they installed a Rosewill 750W 80 PLUS BRONZE power supply, added an extra fan at the top of the case and cleaned the case for $100. (i can't find that power supply alone for less than $80.) they finished that the same day they received my computer. the communication was spectacular. i'm one very happy customer!
