Bbb is terrible! It is the only review site where a crazy person or a Karen can accuse a business of some thing and the Karen gets the last word. On every other review site, the business is able to give the last response to the customers accusations. The business can defend itself from a Karen. Not on Bbb. The Karen always gets the last comment. What a terrible review business model!
On bbb a business can respond to an accusation, but the crazy Karen gets to respond right back. Even when you go back and forth 10 times, the Crazy Karen always gets the last word. In a court of law, if you are accused of something, you always get to respond to any accusation. Not on Bbb. The accuser always gets the last response. Bbb is terrible for hard working, people who want to defend themselves from crazy people.

After defending the accusations with proof, facts and and details, The crazy person to this day still has the last comment on bbb and I cannot do anything about it. Unbelievable! Now, everyone pay attention to how Bbb will respond to my review here on Google and I as the customer will NOT have a chance to respond.

These people are relentless with their calls. I tell them I dont pay other companies to say I do honest work. Then they argue with me as if I wasnt an accredited business in the past. Give it a rest BBB. I block your numbers and then you call from a different number, its really annoying and I dont even take clients anymore.

Critical:Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The bbb takes side in a dispute. They say they are mediator but clearly takes sides for businesses and don't address complaints leaving ratings favorable to business. It's a disgrace. The business pays to be rated and in my opinion, the business can pay more to bbb to not publish complaints.

Scheduling Department -- I have recently had a BBL in May and schedule a Breast Aug. for December 7th. I also had a follow up for Dec 3rd on my BBL and somehow someone canceled my Breast Aug appointment with no confirmation (completely different issue) an they expect me to repay again. I had found out BY calling to make my payment for December 7th. surgery AND NOW THEY WANNA RECHARGE ME ANOTHER 400 deposit for a appointment cancelation that I was not aware of.
I have been waiting for over a week for a Coordinating Manager to help me an no response. I have spoken with Anthony Lopez, Ellie, Johum and stil no manager. Ugh so annoying Horrible Service I feel bad for the doctor if they think people are canceling, they need new office staff. Sandy

Don't sign up unless you enjoy hours on the phone talking to desperate BBB salesmen and customer support that is only there to waste your time and refuse your requests (unless it involves more money for the company), if in their opinion they don't want to, they won't do it. Once you give them your information, they will keep it public even after you ask them to take it down.
I urged them to remove my past information and they would not, they don't verify anything when you sign up but once you try to leave they will use the 'verification process' as an excuse to do anything but remove your information. They will not remove your phone number from their system no matter what you do. They will constantly call you to try to get you to sign back up.
When you unsubscribe from their worthless accreditation they forward you to a specialized salesman will keep you on the phone for hours trying to talk you into keeping your 'commitment to following through with the future subscription payments you originally agreed to'

Guys know their stuff. If you your PC or MAC fixed in a pinch these guys will fix you up. Best to call to explain your situation and they have a very convenient location if you have the time to take your hardware by. PC's can be difficult to repair depending on the issue so don't expect miracles but I found them to be very honest upfront on what the costs will be and they have fixed all problems so far.

Will never go back. I have used these guys before in the past with good results, but the owner has recently hired a tech guy who is totally incompetent. Refused to listen to me when I told them what I thought the possible problem was with my pc. Told me it was fixed. It wasnt. Took it back. Told me it was fixed. Wasnt. Schlepped across town needlessly twice.
They sold me another computer instead. Over charged me. Told me they would adjust the charge. Never did. Then I found that my suspicion regarding my first computer was correct all along when I took it to a more competent and cheaper repair guy in my own neighborhood. I have never met the owner but he or she will go out of business pretty quickly if they don't get someone who has a clue actually dealing with the customers and the machines.

This is a shady business. The guy at first was really nice and told me he'd back up my hard drive for $50, then when I went to pick it up, he insisted on cash. First he told me that he'd already shut everything down so he couldn't ring up a credit card. Then he told me if I wanted to pay by credit card, it would cost $85. He was pushy about me "going to get cash" (he said "it's just $50"), then he said that he can't charge less than $75 if it's a credit card.
That sounds to me like "if I ring it up through the register, it has to be $75." I didn't ask for an under the table deal. When he quoted me $50, there was no mention that it had to be cash. I told him it wasn't right for him to change the price that much just because I'm not paying cash. He finally rang it up for $50.33 and accepted my credit card with a snotty remark.

These guys are generally very good. I don't think I can give any computer tech 5 stars.just the nature of computers.way too many variables.however, I have used them numerous times with good results. I did take my gf''s computer which was definitely having problems and they could find nothing wrong.however, they did credit the charge ($85) toward a house call as they said some peripheral at the house setup could be the culprit.
