Brought my Epson ET-7750 printer in as the color prints were streaking and it was dropping ink. They cleaned the ink head (and told me how I could do so). Works great now. Worth the 1 hour and 45 minute drive. Highly recommend this place. Very accommodating as well.

My computer was frozen from a spam website. I frantically called and was told to come in. I arrived within 10 minutes and my computer was checked out and cleaned up. I left feeling relieved that my personal info was not compromised. Paul was great and was charged a very reasonable fee. Paul also services the computers at my job so I knew I would be treated fairly. Great place if you have computer problems. Highly recommded.

I chose this location to do my employment verification before starting a new job recently and they handled it quickly and painlessly. I was also quite pleased to see that they enforce mask-wearing inside the store. I'm very encouraged to see businesses still actively working to protect others and end the pandemic.

I have used this business to get my fingerprints done a few times and they are always friendly and helpful with the process.

Went there for fingerprinting for a professional licence. In a rundown strip mall. The guy that eventually wandered out could not have been less enthusiastic and mechanical about whole process. Do they get paid pennies for this service? Probably not. If you need fingerprinting, go elsewhere.

Woke up one morning and woke up my sleeping laptop. A blue screen came up and was doing updates. When it finally was done, my desktop was different. My shortcuts were gone, it had reverted to Windows 8.0 and I'd updated it to Windows 10.0 years ago. My files, documents, photos, videos, everything was gone. I felt sick to my stomach. Photos of family who are gone now. (I know, I need to back it up). Well, I called these people and I felt comfortable bringing it to them.

They did not disappoint. A few days later I picked up my laptop and everything was where it belonged. They found a bug, removed it, did a few more things, and it's running better than ever. I love these people!

Don't have them build you a pc. They can plug it in and get it "running" sure but I got my pc back and the cable management was atrocious. Literally had loose cables just laying in / on top of the case fans. I called back to express my disappointment just to have Adam try to defend his mess saying it was fine when it left the store and that if I wanted good cable management to do it myself. What a fucking joke. Stay away from this place.

I brought my PC to them after it wouldn't turn on. They came highly recommended by a friend and he wasn't wrong. They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. My PC is back in business and I am very pleased.

I have had my computer repaired several times at Micro Data Systems and they are always fair in the pricing. They tell you before they start how much it will cost. I would definitely use them again
