PCLand was amazing! I highly recommend anyone who needs technology help with a laptop, etc.seek them out on Hwy 41 in Land O Lakes. You will not be disappointed! They were a blessing to me when I crashed and could not work. PCLand also saved me hundreds of dollars!

They were fantastic. Repair was quick and cost effective. We thought we were going to need a total replacement they got rid of the corruption and replaced the screen. Very professional and communicative.

The guys at PCLand were so easy to work with. They were incredibly knowledgeable and so nice. They were able to fix my Mac desktop in no time at all. Price was super reasonable. We will be using them again soon!

People who work there are very nice and helpful. They call you before any work is done to inform you what needs fixing and gives you options on what can be done to correct problem. Owner and employees are very nice, call to see if everything is OK after you pick up computer and are very helpful and answer any questions you might have. I highly recommend PCLAND for your computer needs.

I Highly recommend PCLand Computer & Network Services. Customer service is exceptional. Within hours after I dropped off the computer. The tech Identified the problem and fixed my computer the same day. Their prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use their services.

I did have a computer hard drive crash and could not reboot. Caesar and his staff were able to replace the hard drive and recover the lost data and retrieve it within a few days. I was lost and distraught and now have back my happy positive attitude. I now have my new IT source I can always count on!

Took my old computer in for a full build on a new case and motherboard. The people there were very professional and got to work on my PC right away. They kept in constant contact with me with the progress on my PC and did an excellent job in a short time! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade or repair their computer or laptop.

The service on my PC was not only a very fair price, but the technician was excellent at communicating with me and updating me on my computer's status throughout the process. A few days after, my PC is running stronger and smoother than ever. They will be my go to recommendation for PC Support going forward!

I suffered a major water spill on my laptop. Even though there was a protective covering, water got into it - and it was not functioning! I called PCLand in a panic and was told told to bring it in. When I arrived, they took my laptop in immediately and put it in their cue. I was called within the hour with an update. They were able to boot it up and were running diagnostics - they found viruses that my virus program did detect!

Within three hours I had my laptop back in my office, up and running and I was back in operation for an important presentation. Personable! Professional! Proficient! Affordable! QUICK! Yes! TWO THUMBS UP! I recommend them!

Pcland and his team are absolutely fantastic. I would give them 10 stars if that were available. On time and personable. Polite and explained what they were doing while they were working on my business laptop. Didn't talk down to me like I have experienced with other pc technicians. Initially I thought it was my hard drive, but they diagnosed it as an infection issue. This is the first time I have used a Pcland and I will definitely use this company again for all family and me. Great Job Pcland!

Were able to work on and return my repaired computer in same day. Very proficient technical work performed to save as much of my content as possible' returned computer upgraded and better; front of store person excellent customer service and friendly people.

I went to PC LAND or "RIP OFF LAND" being a senior and know nothing about computers. They installed a hard drive that I didn't ask for at a costof$334. I asked for a back up disk. They said another $125. for which I'm writing. All seniors stay away from this place. I could have bought another computer for the price I paid. Very polite though.

I took my tower in because it quit displaying to the screen. I told them when I dropped it off that I had removed the hard drive and was using it as a storage drive. I also told them that if the computer was worth fixing that I would get a new hard drive from them. When they called they told me it was a RAM issue, so I asked them to fix it and put in a 1tb ssd for a total charge of $376.

When I got the computer back home it still didn't work. They said it was under warranty to I brought it back to them. Then they said it was the mother board and gave me three options; a used motherboard for another $175 which was not an option because of the reduced speeds, a new motherboard for $375 or rebuilding my unit for $1500 to $2500. When I chose the 2nd option, a new motherboard, he comes back to me a few minutes later and says they can't do it, it won't work.

So I ask them to give me a quote to build a new system and they tell me I have to authorize $1500 on my card before they'll give me a quote. REALLY? So I keep trying to tell them that I want a quote for a new system and they just keep telling me it will cost $1500 to $2500 to rebuild my system and I need to authorize $1500 on my card. Once again, I tell them I need a quote for a new system, they tell me $1500 to $2500, but they can't be sure because they don't know what parts they're going to use.

So I give them the exact build I want, motherboard, hard drive, graphics card, who makes them, the model numbers, everything they need to give me a quote. And again they tell me $1500 to $2500, but they can't be sure because they don't know what parts they're going to use. At this point I think I'm talking to a wall. Of course they will not refund the money I spent because of their incompetence.

So their warranty is nothing but a lie. When I asked for my unit back so I could leave the manager tells me they'll call me when it's ready. When I asked what they had done so that it's not ready he says; "I'm not going to tell you that." Overall, I'd say they are incompetent and best and total rip offs at worst, I'm really leaning towards the rip off thing. By the way, they didn't even install the hard drive that I bought from them, they just plugged it in and threw it in the case. (see Picture)

Over the weekend my laptop stopped working and I called PCLand after hours. I had a very important deadline and was nervous I was going to spend the night trying to figure out what the problem was with my laptop. I called PCland computer and they call me over within the hour. The guys were very nice and professional and were able to remote and fixed the issue I had. I was very happy with the service and their quick response time! Price: Very reasonable. Attitude: Extremely friendly and knowledgeable Best to you guys!

Wow! Bank robbers and drug dealers are in the wrong occupation! Just have a sprinkling of IT knowledge, call yourself a nerd, open a business (even in your mom's garage---though these chaps have a "shop" not in mom's garage!).and PRESTO: "Commit highway robbery!" Called these chaps; need to get old laptop out of "boot loop.".and upgrade said laptop and HP desk tower from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (been told "free" from Microsoft.) Not only are these gents "not mobile".but they weren't certain if upgrade is free! *****And they charge $190.00 to install operating system!***** You Tube videos show how quick and easy it is! So.if you have "excess cash burning a hole in your pocket".call Pcland Computer Services---they can, in the very least, SEPARATE you from those dollars!

And at a speed record pace! ****YOU BEEN WARNED! Call around for quotes! Caveat Emptor**** REBUTTAL TO Pcland's posted response: AGAIN.Pcland has "extremely" high prices! And you must schlep your computers to their shop since they are NOT mobile! Most "mobile" repair services charge hourly figure.for example $125.00. In that time, both my computers could be upgraded to Windows 10 for free due to both running licensed Windows 7. So.your argument justifying your "rip off" price of $190 EACH to upgrade FAILS miserably.

Guess you don'r get out of your little Pasco paradise much? Try to get relevant; although that may prove too far a stretch for you and your little computer shop. Hopefully more people will discover they DO NOT NEED your services for simple repairs and upgrades; You Tube is a marvelous source of education, experience, and independence! TRY IT SOMETIME!

Cesar and his team at PC Land are true professionals. They care deeply about doing a good job for their customers and providing an excellent customer experience. Support local and give these guys a shot next time you find yourself with computer issues. They do a great job and they have an excellent, low cost protection plan to keep you covered! Highly recommend!

These guys were great! I needed a bit of thermal paste to start my build (the one thing I forgot to purchase.ugh) and these guys gave me the last of what they had in house. FOR FREE! Pic are what they helped me realize.lol Thanks guys!

I turned in a laptop with booting issues. After it was looked at, I received a very thorough diagnostic report via email on what issues were present. I was given reasonable options on how they could handle it for me. Extremely knowledgeable and patient to work with. I recommend these guys to anyone. Will return again if needed. Thanks again!

Had these guys build me a basic desk top computer a little over a year ago. Held off on this review for that year to see how this thing turned out. after over a year have not had a single issue. Thanks guys!

Erol at PC Land saved the day! My computer came down with a super nasty virus and I wasn't able to use it at all. He fixed the problem and wiped it off the hard drive within a few hours! Very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again!
