Had my device right there in front of them and still asked me if it was a chrome book then tried to charge $95 for a reset. Nope I will go to someone that knows what they are doing. Not once was my request declined. I informed the representative over the phone that the device was under and administratior. I can log in because the device was mine to use and I needed it factory reset. I never got upset. After so many years in business and all of the negative reviews maybe it is time to retire. Don't waste your time with this place. Very deceiving.

He is very untruthful. I took my laptop to him for a repair which he held and gave me the run around. After going to stand over him, we decided to move the hard drive over into another computer for $200. Not only did the computer have issues (not holding a charge, not connecting to WiFi as the wireless adapter was failing) he gave me OLD, outdated Microsoft office software (2007, I had 2016).
I honestly thought this was a reputable man. I am hurt. I print and fax there but he not only has lost my business but also my trust. Mike if you're reading this. You got paid to do a service so you did me NO FAVOR. These issues would have manifested regardless. I am now without a computer and this could've all been avoided. I am a full time student and you have left a horrible taste in my mouth. I wish no bad upon you and your business, you should treat all your customers with respect.
