Mr. Harris truly went above and beyond during my experience with AVS! He kindly talked me through what to expect with the process, he called to update me once he diagnosed the issue on my computer after his office hours, he kindly installed a drive and updated my computer so that I could get it restarted to use again, and provided a list of recommendations for the issue that was out of the scope of his company. I truly appreciate Mr. Harris for his hard work and kindness. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

I have been doing business with AVS Computer Services for nearly 10 years. They provide and support all of the technology and cloud-based solutions needed for my home and business. In addition to their professionalism and responsiveness, I appreciate that they take time to consult with me to determine my exact needs rather than selling me on a lot of unnecessary services. I work in client services; so a great customer experience is extremely important to me. I have never been disappointed in the service AVS has provided.

This would have to be the most professional and expedited service I've ever had while dealing with a computer. I went to several different computer repair shops, either there was a week hold until the computer can be looked at, or the customer service would be so shaky that you just don't trust your computer in the hands of that type of energy. So I gave up my quest until I called AVS Computer Service.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Vernon on the phone. I can't stress enough how pleasant and funny of an experience this was for me. not only is Vernon very knowledgeable in computers and technology but he loves to laugh and he'll pass you the same energy. Long story short, I contacted Mr. Vernon and told him I was having an issue with my PC, (thinking he would tell me to come by tomorrow) I told him what it was and he told me to come over to the office so that he could diagnose the computer.

Not only was I greeted by very generous and beautiful receptionist, but my computer was diagnosed and fixed within a 5 hour time frame. I thought I was gonna have to go a few more days without my computer. I rate their customer service10 stars hands down. I recommend this repair shop to everyone over any top competitor, this service is unmatched.

Vernon is a personal friend of mine, but that has no bearing on his level of professionalism. I live in Florida and AVS is based in GA. I could have easily went to a local store, but I called him to get a consultation on what I needed some my home business. AVS will help guide you and delivery your needs without fail.

L am totally happy with the services performed on my computer, it was running slowly and the apps were misbehaving jumping on and off and even freezing the screen from time to time, it was a nightmare! The technician has it running like greased lightening, it opens up in about 5/6 seconds now and l love that! I am thankful for his patience in explaining to me what was happening with it and even more thankful for his expertise with computers and getting it up and running for me again, l have already recommended him to my friend's and now have a company that l will call on when needed!
