They fixed a non-booting laptop without losing any data, identified the problem in the bios settings, and communicated everything clearly to me. They got the machine back to me quickly and the initial fee to diagnose the problem covered the repair, too.

So my Dell PC "crashed"! Was left "helpless" as I have little "tech" skills. Went to Power PC on Canton Rd. They are INCREDIBLE!!! They identified the issues (of which there were many, ranging from hard drive to spyware) the same day I brought it in, called me within a few hours, and had it fixed to perfection the next day!!! They even allowed me to leave my computer there charging for 2 days (as I had to go out of town) to let all the E-mails and such reload... as I had just purchased and installed Microsoft Home 365.

They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy, and reasonably priced for their services. Can't say enough good things. If you are having any computer issues... Power PC is your savior!!!
