Vince was wonderful and the older guy who works on Saturday (or was today at least) is delightful and hilarious. Good service, good prices and honest people.

So I recently went to Ace Computer because I had a failed BIOS in my machine. Vince was very welcoming and a day later he gave me a free estimate on how much it was going to cost to get my machine repaired. Unfortunately Vince told me a few days later that the motherboard was far gone. I was very concerned because I needed some of my files for a large project that I am in the process of doing. Thankfully Vince was able to transfer all of my files that was stored on the Hard Disk Drive to a Flash Drive, which resolved all of my concerns about losing my project files.

He was nice enough to download a specific folder that was imperative to my project on an extra flash drive which took till twenty minutes after he was closed. I greatly appreciate that very much. Vince is an amazing guy, very kind, and professional. He gives a VERY reasonable estimate on how much it would cost to have my machine serviced/repaired.

I definitely recommend you to take your computer or laptop over to Vince. He can figure out just about any computer issue! I will definitely be coming back to Ace Computer in the future if I have any further computer issues!

Had an issue with my computer after changing a component. The owner was willing to test my hard drives for free at a moment notice! This was very helpful.

Took my computer to Ace after Microseconds had it 3 weeks and did nothing! Ace had it back to me when he said he would. the next day! Both companies are busy. One is just more organized! Plus Microseconds refused to refund the$50 deposit that I left. Wow. No where on my original receipt does it say no refund! Ace. You have my business!

I had a computer repair guy I trusted for 10 years who moved. I didn't know where to go to get my laptop fixed, and was pretty stressed about it. Luckily I read the great reviews about Ace Computer, and they were FANTASTIC! Got my laptop fixed SAME DAY, for 1/3 the cost quoted by Geek Squad, and they even fixed an issue with my battery, saving me more money! I won't go anywhere else and will tell everyone I know to go to Ace Computer.

Vincent the owner has been working in the same location since 2003 and has always been very helpful with free estimate and great advice. My MSI gaming laptop had power issue, and he diagnosed it as BIOS being corrupted. He reinstall the BIOS and I was able to use the computer again.

These guys are great. They were able to recover all of my business information from a failed hard drive. Received computer back and it's working like nothing ever happened. Happy customer. Highly recommend!

I called Ace Computer to ask if they would be able to repair a laser printer that I have had in use for a few years. I was told Ace Computer would diagnose the issue for no charge. I was told I would have the report within 24 hours. I was not sure what to expect but I did drop my printer off. As promised I was called the next day with the report. I was told I could have the repair completed for $200 parts and labor.

I knew I could by a new printer for $300. I was given great advise and was not pressured to make a decision. After shopping around I found I could purchase a new printer for $269 on sale. I call Ace Computer and was told that was a good decision. I stopped by to pick up the cartridges from the old printer. I asked what I owed. I was told no charge. This has been an amazing experience. I'm very happy with the service received from Vince at Ace Computer in Manchester. The overall experience working with them from start to finish was excellent! I brought in a laptop that I was having storage space issues with and he diagnosed the problem, then quoted me a price to decide if I wanted to move forward with the repairs or not. This seemed more than fair and I was happy not to have been charged just to look at the computer. Vince was knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction.

Communication throughout the process was efficient and professional, with all phone calls answered or returned in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use Ace Computer in the future for any computer/electronic device service needs.

I spilled coffee on my laptop and shorted it out. Found Ace here on Yelp and they had me bring it in with confidence that it could be revived. I got it back less than 2 days later I perfect condition! Great communication and cost was very low. I'd reccomend everyone bring their equipment here!

Have been compiling original recipes for years. All nicely catalogued on my PC. When the system would not come on last month, I didn't panic. I called a repair place and told them my problem. They said "your 'puter is toast". Then I panicked. My sister had good luck with a place on Elm St (ACE) so I took it to them. About a week later. It was fixed and my precious data was all there. Not sure what they did, but I'm so grateful.

Ace Computers has been our go to for computer/networking support for over 20 years. Vince is always quick to respond with issues via email/telephone, stops in when we need him and is essentially our external IT department. Rates are fair, they've given us a few pointers over the years and are always kind, respectful and friendly!

I have been a customer of ACE for over 10 years (and found them by accident) and every time I have come to get assistance or to have a laptop rebuild, the techs have been fantastic. Their knowledge is the best, their willingness to go the extra mile to get a problem solved is remarkable and most of all, they are genuinely nice guys who want to help you.

I have to give these guys props. The hinge and power jack both went on my laptop, and Best Buy said that a repair would take at least 2 weeks, so I went hunting for a computer repair place. Ace had some mixed reviews so I was a little uncertain, but tried them out anyway. I went in for a free estimate and was told the repair would cost $150 and take about four days.

The man at the counter was incredibly nice and professional. Over the weekend, I called to check in about the status and another man answered the phone and he, too, was really friendly. Their customer service is flawless. It did take a week to fix my laptop, but it was an odd repair job and the guy took the extra time to make sure the broken part was not only totally secure, but that it looked good, too.

He worked hard to do a great job, and even though it took longer than anticipated, I wasn't charged a dollar more than my estimate. I'm so glad I went ahead and chose them for the repair. Months later my laptop is holding strong and I won't hesitate to return if I have any other problems. The people at this business provide exceptional service and I recommend them most highly.
