Poor Poor Poor Customer Service and no results! I thought I paid for no results and wait. a long wait. Constant poking is needed to hear for update on your job, they will call you to let you know the status even after weeks. I think their service is used when people are in miserable state with the data-loss, I found misery get worse by giving the data recovery job to these guys. You will not hear from them for any of your inquiry promptly. I would not recommend giving data recovery job here.
