Repairing your computer is our first priority, but our job is not complete until we have answered your questions, and put to rest any concerns you may have. We service computers in all of Buffalo and its surrounding areas, and most of Erie and Niagara counties. If your city or town is not listed contact us, we most likely do service your area or will make an exception.

Computers need regular maintenance in order to perform at their best. A neglected computer could suffer from program crashes, slow performance, system freezes etc. Basic computer maintenance can prevent problems later on. With high-speed internet becoming more popular in homes and businesses, malware is easily the greatest threat to a computers well-being.
With our low hourly rates and no extra travel charge buffalochips remains competitive against all other local and national services. Our basic on-site hourly service rate is $75/hr from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday ($90/hr for business customers). For after hours service (5pm to 8am), and weekends, our hourly service rate is $90/hr ($100/hr for business customers).
Bill and Jeremy have been our computer guys for a few years. They have managed to quickly solve every computer related problem we have handed them including hardware upgrades, reformatting our hard drive, removing various bugs, installing a safe wireless network and fixing some internet connection problems. Their service is absolutely outstanding! They definitely know their way around a computer!

Used to be five stars and I've been forced to amend it. Very qualified. Unprofessional after working for a year. No receipts. No explanations or irritated when questions asked. Keeps no log to build relationship and it kept falling on me to recall what was said or pull up old communications. Very good at what he does. It is of no use if I can't tell anyone what he did and is unprofessional enough not to respond. Did not return the last 2 emails, 4 tests, 2 phone calls.
Not to even reply to my question asking should I hire someone else. He left a business high and dry without a response and computer issues on a system he has worked on for a year. Not responding in his business is unacceptable as no working computer is lost time and money. Save yours and hire someone else.
