BEYOND GRATEFUL! I thought my new Macbook Pro 15 was a goner. I've never used MacOs and accidentally messed up the accounts. They completely reset everything for only $20 and it only took about 45 mins. The staff were so kind, fast, and professional. I will definitely come back here again, hopefully not too soon. I am so relieved to have my computer back with no issues!

I had a series of issues with my computer and was repeatedly told by a few other companies that my hard drive was not recoverable. I had a decades worth of photos, documents, and passwords saved on that hard drive that weren't previously backed up.and it was a really sad loss when I was told it wasn't recoverable. To my amazement, MacSolutions Plus was able to recover my hard drive and I'm so thankful for their expertise! They know what they are doing and provide a quick turnaround time Needless to say, I'm a happy customer!

Never go to this place if you're looking to fix anything Apple related. My mom went here to try to merge her iPhone 7 data with her new iPhone 13 and they completely wiped everything off. All photos (including photos from my wedding day), texts, notes everything was gone without a backup. They failed to put a backup of the original 13 so everything is completely gone.
The staff had no idea how to backtrack or fix it after the fact. We are furious and disappointed. Never ever ever go here, and do not trust the workers. We are devastated that our photos from my wedding are gone forever.
