My PC was doing strange things, like not opening game or PDF apps. Another PC repair shop had refreshed Windows 10, at a cost of deleting all apps in the process, but Rick tracked the problem to apps that I was using, ironically, to improve my computer's performance. I'm going cold turkey on them. The price was fair and Rick was Johnny-on-the-spot, or Rick-on-the-spot.

Very honest I called earlier this week about having him replace my old Kraken and install a new one into my pc. He said it was something that i honestly could do myself and I would have fun doing so. He was right. He could have easily taken $150 from me to do this but was honest and respectful. Thank you man it's currently running great and was very fun to do actually! Had my PC's power supply die in the middle of important work, so I called Rick and he was able to come get it and fix it up the very next day! He had a lot of good extra advice on upgrading my system in the future and even caught a few current issues I hadn't known about. Very reasonable fees, plus Rick is just an all-around really nice guy.
