What is your guarantee? Q: What are your store hours? A: Our store hours are 9 am - 9 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am - 6 PM on Saturday.
We repair all listed products, big or small, and we guarantee our repair work. Choose a product type from the pull down list, and you will receive a description of our services with regard to that category of repair. Since we fix such a broad array of products, it is quite possible some item of interest to you may not be contained herein.
You are welcome to bring your product any time during normal business hours. If you are in need of assistance in carrying your item into the store, someone is always available to help you, come in and ask. In-Home Service is normally provided between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and evenings by appointment. Our friendly dispatchers will make every effort to arrange an appointment time on a basis that is convenient to you. Our technicians are trained to perform your repairs as speedily and efficiently as possible.

Do not bring anything electrical or computer related to be repaired at this business. I left my computer on 11/25/20 and still have not had it repaired almost 3 months later. Excuses ranged from defective part sent, then it was the COVID snail mail excuse, inclement weather and now a processor piece that needs replaced I have been inconvenienced over and over not being able to work remotely from my home.
To add insult to injury a 50$ refund was offered! What a slap in the face! I'm not even sure if I will ever get my computer in one piece. I have already been charged over 300$ for repairs that obviously never happened. Deplorable customer service and ignorant employees

Andalusia Picked up my Samsung TV for service on 6/21/2019 to repair backlight/led ass'y. They promised that the repair and return delivery would be on 7/8/2019. After that date I made several calls inquiring about delivery and was given different conflicting stories as to why the tv repair status was not available. Finally tv was delivered on 7/17/2019 (without the power cord). Ed (picked up and delivered the tv) was adamant that he did not take the power cord.
I am positive that he did. Therefore, I had no way of testing to insure that the tv was working properly. He called his office and the woman told him to tell me they would mail out a power cord that day. Since this is a 60 inch tv mounted on the wall I express my dilemma of not being able to install the cord as I am 76 years old and unable to move the tv. They offered no solution. To date I have not received the power cord.

They took my Samsung tv for repair and it took 2 weeks for them to bring it back. when they did my screen is cracked! That wasn't or my issue at all the problem with my tv was that it wouldn't turn on and it was determined that it was the power source. now I have to wait God knows how long for them to fix my screen. Then when I called to find out what happens to my tv all they could say was accidents happen and they initially tried to deny that the cracked screen was their fault.
I believe the repair guy must have called while I was on the phone because she began to sing a different tune. Once I get my tv back I won't be buying another Samsung product since this is who they referred me to for repair and I definitely don't recommend them! Response to owner: I did not have issues with another repair company and yes my tv was still under warranty so there would have been no cost to me, however you guys damaged my tv when it was being delivered and at first tried to blame me.
As fast as delivering my television. we discussed delivery so please don't act as if you made personal trips and I was not home that would be a lie. please work on your customer service because it is horrible, no wonder you had employees quit which prolonged my repair and delivery as well!

Quick, honest assessment and service. Mike is a professional and cheerful rep who immediately put my concerns at ease. During that same visit, Andalusia TV immediately concluded the TV evidently reset itself since I left it unplugged & unused for a week prior to bringing it in to be evaluated. TV actually works fine again! Andalusia TV is an Oasis of Honesty.

This review is 100% accurate Lance! Stop messaging me and stop commenting on my initial review. It was 2 years ago, time to let it go. The fact is you guys tried to rip me off after paying $300.00. I wrote my review because it was 100% accurate, you will never get business from me, family or friends again.

After seeking out a repair shop for my Television which was of course just past its manufacturer warranty I found Andalusia TV. They do charge a fee for diagnosing the problem but unlike some other shops, that fee is applied to the cost of the repair. The staff was courteous and friendly and completely upfront about the process. My part took a few more days to arrive than expected but the time to repair my set was reasonable. I highly recommend this business and I will use them if ever I need my electronics fixed again.
