For years, Ive always work with Jim evertyime I have problems with my computer or mac. He is really a genuine person to work with and will give you a reasonable price quote. He is good at what he does so I highly recommend him for all your pc and issues

Man, way to save me. I broke my screen called all around and right here is where I should have call first. I explained my situation and was told to bring PC by. Was looked at, part ordered, which leas to another scared of the part being delivered. Button how he got it here. Ggixed my PC and I was back up and running. I eill visit again if needed. The gentleman who runs the shop here got my laptop hinge fixed with in a day. Treated the laptop in a way that made me comfortable leaving it at the shop with him. He called it "Your baby" which considering it was a gaming laptop and quite a pricey investment really hit it for me. If you treasure your laptop well. You'll know what I mean. Repair job was very clean. Very fair price.

I brought in my late 2013 MacBook Pro, after it started crashing every few minutes. Not only was I sent text messages and photos, updating me during the repair process, but I was given a play-by-play walkthrough of each step when I came in to pick it up. The computer works great now, and I can resume using it for my DJ business without having to worry about a crash. This guy knows his stuff!

Had my gaming laptop fans fixed. He was easy to talk to and fixed the problem very fast. Will be back for future repairs.

I brought my computer in simply knowing i had an issue but nothing more. I left it with i-net pc and he diagnosed and fully repaired my pc beyond anything i had expected. Upon arrival to retrieve my pc he asked me to give it a test run to be sure i was happy with its performance and it was running just as good as the day i bought it if not better. I would 100% recommend anyone with a pc or mac problem to bring it into i-net pc to get your machine back up and running good as new!

Jim was amazing from start to finish. I had taken my Dell laptop to two repair shops prior to shop and they conducted make shift repairs resulting in a worse situation. Feels like new! i got water damage on my Macbook air 13 inch. He's not apple certified however the parts he uses are authentic and my laptop feels like new. He didn't charge too much either. Highly recommend!

Awesome service! took the time to diagnose over the phone when he didnt have to and even suggested a work around when he asked me to send in the computer and charge me a diagnostic fee! Honest service and will be a returning customer!

I found i-Net on Yelp. My laptop stopped working a year ago! Apple nor Geek Squad were as informative as Mr. Jim. The first time I came in, my laptop cut on immediately after a year! So, I went home. Mr. Jim told me to call him if I had any other problems and I did call him. My other issue was my password wasn't working. I dropped my laptop off to him. But, my Apple ID wouldn't read as well.

He was upfront about my options, and prices ahead of time. He tried but passwords weren't working and even took time to explain things to me. Answering every question I had including information on a purchase I made. The laptop wasn't worth fixing to me. So, Mr. Jim gave me another option, visual, and information on the part I needed to save my files. I definitely would recommend Mr. Jim! He is located on the backside of the building, there is parking available.

Brought my computer in to get fixed after it crashed. Jim was nice and professional. Took care and gave me and answer within a day. I will continue to use and refer him anytime.

Jim gets the job done. He is personable, communicates well and charges fairly. My wife's laptop crashed. It is an older Samsung that needs to be replaced after years of heavy use. Even though, Jim was balancing personal challenges, he turned this task around in a timely matter. When I picked up the computer, I asked Jim security questions around my tablet. He explained in simple terms the pros and cons of various security packages. Definitely will use Jim's services in the future.

Jim is an honest and experienced computer repairman with great workmanship and integrity. He installed a new SSD drive, and a fresh copy of windows in my laptop, and had it back to me the next day. His services are incredibly affordable! I am very happy that I have found a local, trustworthy business for all of my computer repair needs.

My PC laptop last night just shutdown while using it and it was plugged into power. I tried dos commands, read reviews on forums to go through steps to revive it. It showed power was getting to it, but it would not boot up. Today I met Jim @ i-net MAC and PC service. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Jim was able to confirm, at no cost, that my PC has no future.

I swear Jim must have invented these computers because he has yet to be stumped in the 20 plus years that I have used his service. He knows computers better than anyone that I have met and I am in the computer biz. His services are priced fair and results are in a timely fashion. He is our go to guy even for our Macs. Jim is great. He is so kind and helpful. My son physically damaged his computer (actually, he blames his brother, but I digress). Jim was so patient with my son and Jim gave me several suggestions on how we can fix it. We tried a couple different tactics and eventually came up with one we were all able to live with. A piece of information that is good to know is that prior to finding Jim, I received a quote from Geek Squad, now they are a complete rip off. They wanted over $500 to fix my son's computer! Jim charged me $50. This right there is why I will never go back to Geek Squad and will continue to patron i-Net.

Jim was ready, willing and able to take my crashed laptop, get it running faster than ever, and get it back to me in less than a day, and he even saved me a couple of bucks off his estimate. Honest, capable, affordable, plus he's a great guy. iNet is my go-to computer service.

I am very pleased with Jim's service. He is straightforward, knowledgeable and honest. He beefed up my laptop with additional speed and memory, then showed me how to adjust the settings so I can safely use it for deejaying. I've used the laptop for several parties without incident since Jim cleaned and transformed it.

Glad I found this guy! Repaired computer when I thought it was hopeless. Computer was defective from time of purchase with multiple repairs done by manufacturer's subcontractor as well as many over-the-phone repairs. With that being said, if it fails again I Can Not attribute it to poor effort by I-NET. Fair price and timely repair. Great communication. Very nice and professional owner.

They came out the same day at end of day while returning from across some bridge.. any way they had the power supply we needed and installed it in about 15 minutes. We were down for maybe 3 hrs total. Dell said they could troubleshoot and then if bad send the part and then someone would come within a couple of days. Apparently same or next day works for these guys! Worked for us. Thanks INET for such good work.
