I can't say enough GOOD things about Santa Rosa Computers. I had several unhappy experiences with other local repair shops and was so very happy when I found Santa Rosa Computers. They have repaired my laptop 3 times now. I purchased a 2nd laptop for my husband from them, for a great price and it has worked perfectly. They are fast, efficient and genuinely kind folks.

They have given me excellent advice over and over again. Their prices are reasonable. I have had them come in BELOW their original estimate twice now. They have repaired my laptop twice now when I thought it was gone for good. They have literally saved my business at least twice now. Just knowing they are there gives me such peace of mind. Great, GREAT service.

The technician Jackson seem to be fair but I had a unusual problem and they told me I would be able to get it fixed it was just a fan on my HP laptop and when they remove the drive then they called me back and said they couldn't access my files so they didn't leave a good feeling to me but I don't wanna say they're a bad company but it was an older computer it was working completely great until he took it apart and went to access some files so that's the only reason I gave them that kind of rating Are used to be an auto mechanic and a sheet-metal worker and I know things go wrong sometimes I was just disappointed that they couldn't repair my old laptop but Jacqueline was really helpful and said if I had problems with the laptop he could login remotely and maybe solve some of my problems on the new one so I will get give a good rating on that but I just don't like that that he wasn't able to get my old laptop running

I came hoping to upgrade my cpu, but they say they dont have any in stock that would work with my mother board since its its a 9th gen, i understand and they gave me a dust off for my cpu since it was really dusty. That was 6 dollars and im ok with that. But what makes me fustrated is the fact that when i come home after words my pc just doesnt work!

It doesnt power on and now i came back discussing the issue, now they are charging me $80 to fix this issue when before it was conpletly fine before. I feel like they did something when they first dust it off when they send my pc to the back for a bit, now i am being charged 80 for a fix, not only that but i have to wait 2-3 days cuz of "line". I feel like i just got scammed, i was better off not getting what ever they did to my pc.

Great place. Lots of parts. Scratches that HTC electronics itch with all the used components at good prices. Helpful and friendly staff. A "real" computer shop. Thanks!

A true computer store in the tradition of the craft. Staffed by knowledgeable and experienced hardware folks. Chock full of rare parts, adapters, cables, and components for your system or network. A nice stable of used bargain monitors and peripherals. This is a computer store for computer people. Unlike the commission-driven big box stores, these guys really understand what's in the box, and they will sell you what you actually need, and support your purchase. Build yourself a basic business rig or a face melting game system from mobo to mouse.

Couldnt say more great things about this place. came in and immediately felt listened to when i was describing what was wrong with my computer. he even read everything back to me to make sure he had it right. only took them two days to fix the problem, and they called me twice to let me know how everything was going. ended up paying $80 for the diagnostic fee, and then 1 hour of labor to put in a new solid state drive without me even having to tell them. its like i have a brand new computer. id recommend to a friend in a heartbeat.

These guys are great! They build all my custom PC's for my clients' surveillance command stations and recording studios. They also have great deals on refurbished computers Mac/PC for less demanding sutuations. They have given me free advice and phone tech support a bunch of times in clutch situations. They know what great customer service is!

A great place for all your computer needs. If you want to go somewhere that knows computers inside and out this is your place. This place puts Geek Squad to shame. If you've had computer problems or simply want to ask questions and get actual answers about performance and features skip the box store and go here. These people know computers. Also a great selection of used computer parts to pick thru at great prices for your hobby and diy needs. Great place to get something tinker with for a science fair or build home custom hardware.

Really competent practical advice and work on my computer. I love that they recycle old cables and parts when possible. We've used Santa Rosa computers for years and taken our own electronics there for recycling. we've bought things from them and they've serviced our computers for both our businesses. This time I thought I had a significant problem but they turned out to find a very basic and simple problem and solved it quickly. I'm really grateful to have these guys in town.
