Worst customer service and repair place I have EVER been to. My mother needed a computer repair because the cpu kept locking up and loading slow. She took it to "Michael" and he kept the computer for nearly a month. When she picked it up, I tested the computer and it had the same problems it did before. All he did was a malware scan but did not fix the problem.
This week I dropped the computer off again and when I picked it up two days later, it still had the same problems. He does not communicate and is very hard to get hold of because he is "busy." Well apparently, he is too busy to care about his customers. He also has this attitude when you confront him about his lack of work ethic and professionalism.
When you are unsatisfied with his work, he blames you (i.e. "You had a lot of malware and spyware because of certain programs you use." So essentially, he is blaming YOU about the reason you brought the computer in). Fix the problem and your attitude. I am going to small claims to get my refund which he refuses to give me. -James
