I am a very satisfied customer. The service was top notch. Hannah came and picked up my computer. Jerry was very responsive in letting me know what was wrong with it and giving me updates along the way. The part had to be ordered which took awhile. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back if I have any computer issues in the future!

Both knowledgeable and courteous. Took my desktop (I KNOW! Who still uses desktops right!?!) to them with a suspected bad motherboard. They confirmed that that was problem and replaced it. Then, they were able to do what other so called "computer experts" said couldn't be done, they re-installed a single use version of Windows 7 after the motherboard was swapped out.
They also noticed a dying power supply and replaced it and also installed an aftermarket sound card that I had brought to them. All for more than a fair price. My desktop is now up and running again. I highly recommend them for any of your computer issues, big or small!

I have worked with Dexter computer lab sence they opened Jerry has worked on all of my computers for years has keep the them running when I should have just bought new ones and help me chose what kind to upgrade to when I was finally ready to. They are all willing to help with any type of tech support aswell, from a person thats not computer literate at all times they are just a phone call away.

Real professional | Perfect IT consultant Amazing work! I needed support for my network and servers, something was wrong. DNS error, DHCP was off. The Tech came to the office and fix everything. He work fast, know is stuff and price was pretty fair. Highly recommended for all business and personal IT needed.
